UFOs - yes or no?

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Practically I think it is worth combining "Alternative Medicine" with orthodox medicine.

Neither by itself has all bases covered.

I use an Osteopath whom I can recommend for not just back pain, but for muscle, ligament, tendon injuries too.
And for issues of low energy, depression etc, which surprises people who think an Osteopath just treats back pain.

Well I always thought there was something in that song...The thigh bone is connected to the ...etc..If I have a bone go out of alignment...it can make me moody as hell, not just the discomfort - but it affects the whole alignment, and I find myself having to move differently to accommodate it....I think that's why when they refer to the Holistic Self...there is much truth in that.

Watched Andrew Maxwell's Conspiracy Roadtrip about UFO's the other night on BBC3. Was equal parts entertaining, interesting and sad. Felt sorry for the people he had on it tbh. They all just seemed a bit... I dunno... fragile?

Yep, still no.

They ARE out there, but they are NOT here. And they might only be bacteria.

Spot on. I dont doubt there is something out there but why would they visit earth we are a tiny dot that goes round an even smaller dot in the universe and the distances involved are so absolutely huge no one has visited earth, YET

It's a mathematical certainty that there is life elsewhere in the universe which is far more advanced than bacteria.

Consider how far life has developed on this planet in just a few million years. And our planet is extremely young in comparison to billions of other planets which are in the "Goldilocks Zone" around their particular suns.

There could be lifeforms a million times more intelligent than we consider ourselves to be. And with capabilities which we couldn't begin to imagine at our level of intelligence.

It pisses me off greatly that genuine evidence of alien visitors is swamped by misinformation and hoaxes. Great video here which debunks the "Ancient Aliens" mob.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9w-i5oZ ... plpp_video

I've had endless debates with people on you tube who reckon that ancient humans couldn't build the pyramids or the huge structures in central and south America. Being a stonemason, I reckon I'm more qualified to judge than your average youtuber. This video backs up my opinions and exposes "alien experts" as fraudsters whose only interest is in making money from stupid theories.

ANR has linked to this new claim that aliens are Gooners.

http://www.thisislocallondon.co.uk/news ... /?ref=erec

"And Ms Cohen, of Durham Avenue, says Grays regularly pass on advice, intended for struggling Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger.

She said: "The Grays offer guidance to Mr Wenger.

"At the moment they are telling him he needs to get rid of a whole lot of people and bring in a stronger squad - especially in the defence.

"He also needs to let assistant manager Steve Bould do his job.

"Mr Wenger likes to do everything but he is not good at everything."

Yes, I believe UFO's do exist. But not in Nevada. I've driven down ET highway 375. Stopped at Rachel, which was closed so drove upto Ely. The only thing I saw in the blackness of the desert night was a cow, which scared the shit out of me. But I did see a UFO driving down the A2 going to erith. It was a cigar shaped object hovering in the sky, then it vertically accelerated out of sight in a matter of seconds. It was like no other flying vechile I'd ever seen before.
Didn't change my life or anything weird like that, but I sure do remember seeing it. The cars around me saw it too as the car in front hit the brakes once the UFO disappeared from sight.
