Chavski match thread.

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

No doubt the irrelevant sending off was the turning point even though we were about to go 3 down in 15 minutes

They are fans, just extremely delusional ones. There are now fans on there saying things like support the club through the good, and bad. In other words, things are great no matter what :banghead:

I feel bad for AW on his 1000th game. That being said this has happened too often in the past 5 or so years. Hopefully we will win the FA cup and Wenger can leave on a high.

Yep, Paddy Barclay and my old man - the two last AKBs standing

No doubt when City drub us he'll go into hibernation before coming back out to play when we go undefeated for the last six games when the title is long lost, calling us all impatient morons who have no right to question his achievements

I'll always support the club, through good and bad, the manager on the other hand is doing a job, just like any of us are employed to do. If they support a man who is bringing our club down, season by season then they are doing harm and might as well stop calling themselves Arsenal supporters. It's that simple :?

I wonder how Wenger feels about having once been the boss of arguably the most feared attacking force in Europe ... going from that to this Giroud headed monstrosity.

The sending off, no Wilshere, Ramsey, Ozil, Walcot.
That games history, shit history just like Chelski have.

Turn nasty?

The nastiest it ever got was the 1-3 at home to Villa, which was all long since forgiven by the bowl worshippers as soon we spent 42m on a player we didn't need and a run of victories against cannon fodder

Top 4 guaranteed. 70% plus of supporters see it as more of a prize than a cup.

Beat Swansea and it'll be "There's Only One Arsene Wenger", fail to win and it will be an empty stadium by the time the whistle goes and a few half hearted boos before everyone renews their season tickets, and Kroenke renews Wenger's contract

That's the spirit, you sound as chilled out as me.

I've got my 1000game commemorative poster to look at, we'll have a nice day out at Wim-ber-lee. Only one mind and we will look forward to the summer.

The manner of defeat matters not one jot, the number of goals is meaningless, once I saw the team sheet with, a slow Mikel Arteta all by his lonesome in the middle with a marauding but prone to giving the ball away 20yr old for company, I expected a bad defeat.

The chavs are in no way the scum. My gran next to Arteta can boss the tiny totts midfield and she's long passed away.

Chavs have the energy in the middle of the park that we don't really have because 3 of them are crocked and no outlet and a striker that's had it for this season.

It wasn't unexpected, we tend to drop our heads at the stadium of chavs and manure. The result that did surprise me was the pool one, but today not so much. :|
