The manner of defeat matters not one jot, the number of goals is meaningless, once I saw the team sheet with, a slow Mikel Arteta all by his lonesome in the middle with a marauding but prone to giving the ball away 20yr old for company, I expected a bad defeat.
The chavs are in no way the scum. My gran next to Arteta can boss the tiny totts midfield and she's long passed away.
Chavs have the energy in the middle of the park that we don't really have because 3 of them are crocked and no outlet and a striker that's had it for this season.
It wasn't unexpected, we tend to drop our heads at the stadium of chavs and manure. The result that did surprise me was the pool one, but today not so much.
