city away thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Arseblog is - like the rest of those merry bunch of wankers - only interested in his own self-promotion. Fucking pathetic behaviour from the club to send the SS in but frankly they've been given licence to do that by the section of our fans who spout on about class and respect on one hand and then wade in on a few isolated blokes (including one there with his kid).

Sadly the Wenger protests have had their moment in the sun (for now) and the press aren't bothered. In no small part thanks to the fucking attention-seekers from BSM and RedAction trying to hijack the protesting and then deciding that they're done with that after one game.

Just got to keep plugging away and the press will start showing a real interest again as soon as our season starts nosediving or if he hasn't signed a deal before Christmas.

Police are also heavy-handed wankers at Old Trafford.

This is a guy that has his finger on the pulse and has a close affinity with many fans, so surely he would have known about it if it really happened ?
Useless f.ucker whose first priority has been to take the official club position, but yet he expects fans to vote for him for blog of the year - how can he even qualify for that if he isn't running a truly independent blog ? I know when the next appeal for votes goes out, I will change my position from not voting at all, to voting for redcafe or some such shit to stop him winning it
Arseblog has his own agenda as well. He sat on the Sanchez storming off story as he felt that it would hurt Arsenal - he openly admitted it. That being said, he is also on record (in his comments) that he has a very low opinion of the banner guys, so not a surprise that he doesn't say anything about it.

I have to admit, I think that self-censorship is quite a poor thing to do especially if you are calling yourself 'news' which he does. However, if you may upset the gravy train, like reporters also do, then it probably understandable that he is going to censor things which may harm his income. I don't agree with it, but I am here at work and he is home writing/recording and making a living off of the internet.

Yes he is, but surely that doesn't excuse what happened with the stewards and police on sunday ? Any impartial and reasoned person could put up a sentence opposing the banners but also questioning the need for gestapo tactics at the game - ignoring it is condoning it imo

Well the club is clearly lying when they say our stewards were not involved in the banning of signs.

GM WPC seen here with the Time For Change banner.
It was violently ripped down, first by Wenger supporters then by two male GMP officers.
The person showing the banner was escorted from the ground and detained outside pending "enquiries", threatened with arrest then released when he took out his phone and told the officer he was "recording everything for your safety and mine"

Funny that........ :rubchin:

Well done indeed! I fail to understand how this kind on publicity won't have any negative effect on them. I really feel this is the genuine start of the end.

Any "fan" who attacks our supporters whatever their viewpoint, is as bad as the swamp dwellers who do exactly the same thing. :banghead:

Those wankers who support Arsene FC saying anyone who doesn't agree with their views should go & support the swamp vermin whilst then attacking Gooners are total lowlife & should be outed & shamed by every proper Arsenal follower. :banghead:

:banghead: Those cúnts guilty of assaulting Arsenal supporters can fuck right off when Wenger leaves & follow him to his new club. :barscarf:

Yeah, well done Frank. Its absolutely disgusting what is happening to genuine Gooners.

P.S. What a great Arsenal name Frank Graham is by the way. And Liam Graham too :barscarf:

Well played Frank Sav, I salute you sir :barscarf:

As for that fucking leach Arse-licker-blog  the only time he got down off the fence was to have a go at the fans who protested at the Norwich game for the chants outside the ground (and rightly so for the die in May shit that went on).

He had fuck all to say about the guys with the banner getting spat on at Everton and he had fuck all to say about them being assaulted last weekend. It doesn't suit his pro club agenda so he won't report it.

Arseblog.....Arsehole
