So any ideas where exactly we should post HT's at ko & ht?

I don't do Twitter Pete, but I'll learn a bit sharpish.Pete on the beach wrote:Good post retro, you can still do the online tweet msg at ko & ht hopefully (see above)Retro Gunner wrote:New here, just posted an introduction on the Wenger thread, but it's the protest that has prompted me to add to the forum. I'm absolutely gutted that I can't join the protest tomorrow, but I'm entertaining a client...it was arranged long before the protest...and despite trying to move it to Weds or Thurs (I didn't give the reason !), it can't be done. After donkey's years of calling for Wenger to go, I almost feel as much as a fraud as he is, for failing to attend. Rest assured that I'll join any future action. Just wanted to make a suggestion....those of you who are organising the protest(and you deserve our gratitude) ought to consider printing off A4 sheets to hand out before you set off, giving a concise list of "do's and don't's".
The Club will be doing all they can to subvert the action and as has been suggested, both they and general akb groups, may well infiltrate. All it will need is a "plant" to throw something, or be overtly aggressive to vocal akb's or the police and the Old Bill will come flying in. they'll look for any excuse, so please don't give them any. It was a tactic regularly used by the authorities when trade union marches took place.
The A4 sheets should say something like :
Do not react to provocation of any sort.
Refrain from foul and abusive language, either in song, or shouting at opponents,
Try to keep in an orderly group.
Anyone showing signs of ignoring these guidelines will be "spoken to"by the rest of the marchers.
I'm sure others will come up with other points. It might also be worth including some chosen chants, so that the whole thing is organised and orchestrated. A group that is emits random, on the spot chants and songs, including a handful of people, will come across as a disparate, disorganised rabble.
Lastly, someone posted something over the weekend about being in the boozer during the afternoon for a few beers. It might not be my business to say this, but I'd strongly recommend against boozing beforehand. The protesters need to be in control and have cool heads, because it might get a bit lively and being even remotely pissed will lead to the sort of reactions that the "other side" will be looking for.
Good luck, I genuinely wish I could be there, stay calm, but give 'em hell.
Regarding dos and don't if someone can access a copier printer a bunch might help, certainly verbalise this constantly and stay focussed and sober, and try and encourage those going in to miss the first 10 mins
Regarding print outs, if you email me with what you want (as you know, I'm new to this forum, but from reading it for years, it seems that pm's can be sent), I'll get them printed off. It will mean someone collecting them from me in the City, if that is possible. Anyway, if all else fails, as you say, constant reminders regarding behaviour during the protest is key. I'd suggest one of the organisers standing on the steps of the Marble Halls entrance and addressing the group before you set off. Have people briefing others as they arrive and then a general address to outline do's and don't's. As mentioned before, properly orchestrated chants etc is important. It will present a loud, organised front.

That Chris is a fucking oxygen stealer. I hope to fuck that when Wenger finally pisses off all the window licking, brain dead members of his pathetic cult fuck off with him.
I'm embarrassed for the fucking scum.

Maybe a big bundle is the answer! That will get attention! IF they march then it will be a clear attempt to incite trouble, and chances are that it will kick off - I hope that the old bill are aware of their intentions and are conscious of the fact that our march was planned first

That would just about sum it all up - we had the Norwich game banners last season drowned out by the Wenger luvvies and we now face the prospect of the anti-Wenger protest being drummed out by the pro-Wenger luvvies......fucking hilarious.
He'll still be here next season and the one after that

I would guess there are more committed on our side then on the AKB side, certainly those who would be prepared to march anyway, but we HAVE to get the numbers and if there is a group of them we must not get abusive, this goes wrong and it's all over
Re: Wenger Out protest, Tuesday 7th March.
That bloke Chris isn't getting anyone with him.
We'll be fine, just maintain chill there'll be no problems.
Response on Twitter is looking good, plenty saying they'll be there.

Re: Wenger Out protest, Tuesday 7th March.
Only at Arsenal would they think to have a march in support of the manager when we are currently 16 points behind Chelsea and 5-1 down in the champs league. It would be laughable if it wasn't so tragic.rodders999 wrote:

Re: Wenger Out protest, Tuesday 7th March.
I'm looking forward to going tomorrow
There hasn't been much anticipation involving the club for the past decade, so it's nice to feel something positive for a change, whilst the shitcunts and pansies who wear the shirt play a dead rubber in a competition we can never win under the current regime.
I hope to pop into The Gunners for a pint (Just the one
) if there's time or any room in there. Bollocks to this supposed counter-march. I look forward to rubbing shoulders with some of you from here. Shame there's no meet and greet, but it will feel good just to be with fellow WOBs who love the Arsenal and hate what has happened to it in the last decade under The Old Fraud.
He only has 86 days on his contract left, yet somehow he's in a stronger position that anyone else would be with a contract running down and a decade of failure behind them. Here's hoping that tomorrow is the first step in making that undeserved renewal impossible. Shame on the club for offering him a new deal anyway and then letting him drag it out all this time and contribute to yet another shite season. They could have let it end with his contract expiring - seeing as they'll never sack him and he'll never quit, but they've given TOF all the power again to decide what he wants to do with our club. Scumbags.
I'm assuming the protest will break up soon after kick-off. I may watch the game in a local if I can be arsed, or just head home.
We want our Arsenal back!
