Is there a Trophy for it?

We play stoke next, watch the injuries pile up. Nothing like having strength in depth.

Jose knew exactly what he was doing a few weeks ago when he suggested Arsenal are almost as big spenders (recently) as Chelsea.
He knew Wenger would take the bait, and try to get through this window spending as little as possible.

Correction....POSTED 31/08, think up your own theory please......

Think there is some sense in your reasoning, if advised he will ignore and do the opposite,

Not sure if the Mourinho dig about calculators and adding up spending was designed exactly to stop Wenger buying anyone
The thought of winning a title while only spending a few bob on a goalkeeper (that Chelsea had no use for) and being able to stick two garlic smelling fingers up at Jose, G. Neville, and all his other WOB detractors gives Wenger a hard on.
The Jose spending quote was all it needed to stir his loins.

Dunno what all this childish WOB shit is......and plagurising my post as if its your theory....but yeah if we are Saying Mourinho done another mind game masterstroke on a very obvious to dupe Wenger, then yes we have agreement

Wenger is really in this not for money although that helps, he is already a very rich man, but for a sort of moral crusade, to go against all recognised opinion and prove himself vindicated....of course the truth is he is a mad old fucker off his head with his own importance.

Very lucky that Coquelin was not badly injured at newcastle, that would have left us threadbare, with no real suitable alternative

Yeah that's right because neither Arteta or Flamini have ever played in Coq`s position have they !!! Not saying they are world class but to say we have no cover for him is blatantly rubbish !
