Spuds game

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Better team, my arse. Did I watch a different game? I thought they were the better team for the first 15 minutes, thought we battered them after that.

i wasnt saying they were the better team, i was just mocking a couple of posts which did, and really couldnt care less even if they were, we won 5-2 agianst our lovely neighbours and i for one will enjoy myself while getting quiet drunk tonight

Fantastic win - deja vu all over again :D

I want Wenker out but certainly not at the expense of conceeding a derby day defeat. His time will be over soon enough, through finishing outside the top 4, or through fan pressure removing some of the board (Hillwood first - we don't want his sort at our club) to create a more competitive environment where he has to actually achieve.

Guess the "shift of power" may not be happening for another yet year, again. :)

Exactly. This is the one (or two) games a year where it really doesn't matter much where who is in the league and how we're playing. We fucking gave them a hiding at home AGAIN and the AVB regime is crumbling before it's even got off the ground.

Also the Chavs and ManUre lost, Everton got turned round and those scummy wankers at QPR lost at home to Saints. Only slight disappointments were Mousers and the Jack Bastards winning but I think I can live with that!

And for anybody concerned about 3 points over Spurs buying Wenger more time, it was blatantly obvious to anybody watching that we're still a shambles at the back (as evidenced by the nerves at 4-1 up at home vs 10 men) and that Wenger has no clue when it comes to subs so everybody's happy.

FUCKING SMILE :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Great win, and crucial as well, considering how other results went today. :barscarf:

I'm first to admit that (still) don't rate Giroud and have been very critical of him in the past, BUT today he put in a shift and was very, very good.

Cozorla was immense, simplicity of his passing is truly beautifull to watch.

Arteta should be sent on a two week holiday somewhere nice and warm, he's great player, but for second week running he looks jaded and in need of good rest.

Wilshere was very good today, his temper could have caused us problems at beginning, but he did calm down once result turned our way. His Dumbo/Midget excange with Bale was hillarious :D

Chesney no better than Manone , afraid to say. He needs to improve and improve fast.

There was a very dodgy moment at 4:2 when Bale went into a box and decided to have shot himself instead of sqaring it to Defoe. Had that gone in, it would have been really unpleasant to watc last 15min or so...

UP THE GUNNERS! :barscarf:

Just in after watching the Animal botherers beating Rapists haven....and it's made a good day even sweeter.

We were gash 1st 10-15mins but as he's done before Greedy helped turn a game against the filth

AVB sounds almost as deluded as AW sounds when we lose....your team didn't do enough "Solidificating" and our boys fornicated 5 goals up their arses.

We will probablybe shit some more(no a lot more) this season but tonight I shall watch MOTD for the first time since we beat the spammers and dance around the room with every one of our goals and then head to bed at 5-2 midnight

Great stamina - well done. That must be the longest afterglow a man can sustain.

I didn't see the game (work committments) But when I got a text to say we were 3 - 1 up at half-time and greddywhorecunt had been red carded I nearly came in my pants!

5 - 2 :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: Let's be honest we were all worried we might not turn up and get stuffed, so even though some are insinuating that the score flatters us...I am looking forward to watchig the game on Pravda.com tomorrow with a Full English Brekky :D :barscarf: :barscarf:

They were absolutey shite after Adepaymore's red card. I haven't seen a worse capitulation since our famous throwing away of a 4 goal lead at Newcastle. Spurs have even less fight than us and are far shitter than they were last season.

If Monkeyboy decides to want out, they're royally fucked.
