Since the great Stoke FA Cup experiment:

Played 3, 1 point and 1 goal from a defender.

What a load of dog shit.

Pretty tempted to fire over some "thoughts & suggestions" to Gazidis. I'm so pissed off with the way our club has regressed over the last 5 years
I think that's the way to show our displeasure. I wrote on here the other day that having a protest or booing will always be put down to a 'few idiots' but writing enough letters to Gazidis may just force him to act or own up to what we all know about the club.

I must warn you though, I wrote to him in late December and am still waiting for a reply. Typical Arsenal, eh?

They are probably pouring over the statistics of your letter as we speak.

Perhaps the letter became a little jaded physically in the last third? I'm sure it showed outstanding spirit & desire though.

In all fairness, i know DB10 emailed him the other week & got a response within a few days. I guess it depends on the content of the letter, i'm sure you'd get a response within minutes if you were praising the quality of the beef joints in the Diamond Club.

Or asking for more playing time for Denilson and Eboue.

Eboue done well when he came on, he done what Sagna could not do all game. Its easy to dig players out, but when a player has a decent game ffs!!!

Same story at the home game this year. Chelsea were very strong in possession and were way too physical for our little darlings.

we didn't do too much wrong today but Chelsea showed what a good side they are. They forced us wide to play in the last third knowing that we had no threat in the box. Once Bendtner came on they pushed us inside to become more narrow. This nullified the threat from bendtner and crowded the middle so our little one-twos could not get through. Dogbreath may have scored two goals for them today but do'tbe fooled into thinking he was the difference. The difference was that defence. Cole was superb today (little *word censored*) and Terry commanded the penalty area. Most other teams would have cracked under the threat we posed today, and I would include Manure in that. Shame we couldn't play like this last week.

Going forward this is 100% definitely another potless year. Anyone thinking otherwise needs a serious reality check. My only hope is that we pick up 3 points in midweek. I would hate to lose to that bunch of *word censored* and cement their place in the top four.

Spud,TOP TOP POST!
We've gone absolutely nowhere in 4 years,NO WHERE!!
Its got fuck all to do with the age of the squad or experience
or any of that other spin Wenger keeps churning out,the
simple fact is that the players we have at our disposal
are simply not good enough.Apart from Cesc,RVP and TV
there isn't a single player we have that would get into a top 4,
sod that top 10 side!
STOP THE HYPE!

He blamed the Chelsea fans for not throwing the ball back quick enough.

Well credit to Wenger in I was furious when he played Walcott instead of Rosicky but our winger did defend well. Should have slated the manager for keeping Nasri instead :banghead:

Decent performance but undermined by failing to defend twice early on. If I was Almunia, I would have grabbed Clichy and smacked his head against the post for wandering across the bleeding goalline for the first goal! Twice, we were disorganised, twice we conceded. Thought we actually defended well after that but in big games, you can't avoid to go asleep at a corner or get in each other's way when dealing with a counter.

Didn't test Cech enough going forward and the amount of corners he just plucked out of the air with contempt was embarrassing. Nasri was indecisive, never seemed to know what he wanted to do on the ball evehn when 2v1, would have liked more movement from Walcott and more bursts forward from Diaby.

Overall, we seem to be one of the better sides in the EPL, perhaps even best of the rest. However we are still short of the top 2 this season and our title challenge is now dead :(

In fairness almunia cant get near the ball to grab it what chance of him grabbing hold of clichy

Yes, I do apologize for asking Almunia to do something so hard for him. I was insensitive
