CARLING CUP AT THE SWAMP

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

And we may have a centre half who can get his head to most 50/50s, somethin I havent seen since Keown,Adams.Its early days but Kos has a real chance of making it,imo.

3.Vela is not good enough when he starts a game,alright when we are winning 4-0.Chamakh coming on changed the game
agree with all of them.
Bit harsh on vela, was always going to be hard up top on his own. Kosc and jack superb tonight as well ad gibbs and eboue :D

Fabianski was lucky we nabbed the win in ET, otherwise I would have sent him a very polite death threat :shock: :? :barscarf:

I bet there was 1000s of the feckers waiting outside the away end afterwards !

Wilshere should retire from international football now and concentrate on his Arsenal career.

Great fucking way to start a day downunder!!!!!!!

Loved seeing:
1. spurs kid cry;
2. redc*nt almost cry (yeah, you could see his bottom start to quiver);
3. Jack and Koz stepping the fuck up in a big way; and
4. the way we flexed our muscle - "Only one team in London"

[/list]

Must admit I laughed at the crying spud kid. What a twat I am. But I'm proud and drunk. Just watched the game in Liverpool in a bar with probably the most tellys I've ever seen.

I'd be very happy to win the worthless cup this season and tell the swampies at least we won something.

When the Gooners were singing "When the spurs go marching in" and doing that spastic hand moving they do, was the ultimate pisstake :barscarf:

Shall we make a DvD!!!
:lol: Wasn't sure if anyone else had noticed that, classic stuff. Never seen that shithole empty so quickly...

Dont think so.He was up against a poor Spuds back four and looked lost.Our passing was great till it reached him his touch was poor.As i said as soon as Chamakh came on we were dangerous upfront.Agree with you on Jack MOTM and Gibbs though

I agree but vela's game is holding the ball up with his back to goal like he was made to play this evening where as chamkh's is which is why we looked more dangerous when he came on. Vela in a 2 man attack or wide on the left and we will see much more from him.

Vela was disappointing. I have to support him cos Mrs Chippy thinks hes a lovely looking boy.

He's done well as a sub but was anonymous for huge chunks of tonight's game.
