MAN UTD HOME

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Am gobsmacked tbh - how can we not take apart a team as shit as that ? Speechless
I'm not. We're just as shit with the added problem of an inferiority complex. Expected a draw at best, which at home to a ridiculously shit utd side is quite depressing.

But we outplayed them and Giroud is back so we'll be fine... :banghead:

The arrogance to play Chambers right-back and Monreal centre half, after Swansea.
Got his just desserts too. £8mil a year for this shite.
Any fan paying for this crap and sitting there muted deserves this rubbish

I just never doubted that we would lose this game mate.
Manure raised their game today. Not that they were actually any good, just that they wanted it more. We don't have the desire regardless of the opposition.

So much for the protest......... unless they were giving him the silent treatment

Lee Dixon got it right - wenger got beaten by LVG. at 1-0 wenger pushed 9 men over the halfway line, whereas LVG left two up.

great goal by giroud though.

On BBC live text~

'Can't blame Wenger for this. Team was dominating totally. Injuries forced his hand. Failure'

Still plenty of believers out there.

Start of season I was convinced top 4 was a certainty. Problem this season is we're as shit as ever against top 4 sides (and united) but equally as shit against poor sides-unlike last seasons 'flat track bullies'

I absolutely despise Man Utd with a passion and yet still I'm finding it difficult to care about losing today. The decisions made at the club make no sense at all, at any level of the game what Wenger does is just baffling. We can all clearly see that Bellerin (or Jenkinson who is out at West Ham for some bizarre reason when we are in desperate need for a right back) should be playing right back with Chambers centre back yet he refuses to change it. Sanchez has been scoring for fun playing up front with Welbeck so he moves Alexis out to the left. Ramsey and Wilshere do not work together yet he will persist playing them both.

If there's any truth to the rumours Klopp is available I seriously hope the club have the bottle to get rid of Wenger, though this will only happen after a few seasons of not reaching the top 4

Missing chances does not mean we played well, just that we bottled the chances we had. Also, in the build up to united's 1st goal, Ramsey gave the ball away, but sure it's not like he has been shit all season, and needed to be dropped.
