Sit back, enjoy a beer or two and watch Aguero tear those overrated c.unts a new one mate ! Days like these are there to be enjoyedHenry Norris 1913 wrote:like other people said, a bit of a criminal performance, ozil and ramsey were especially useless. sanchez had an off day, but some very good crosses that we should have capitalized on.
however, it has been AGES since we won a game like that, loved seeing the celebrations with the fans at the end, but overall that was piss poor today. the fans and team were stuck in second gear.
just hope city win later to kill the scum off.

Absolutely. That tackle on Ramsey was a disgrace - not just reckless but you could see that he was trying to 'do' him.casgooner wrote:Leicester deserved to lose that, fouling, diving, cheating @@@ word censored cheats.
Shocking diving from Vardy and Mahrez which was rewarded and unpunished respectively.
That Huth handball was a penalty, the one in the first half was borderline but his arm was fully outstretched for the one he blocked.
And to top it all off they were mouthy moaning chavvy pricks.
Don't get me wrong, they have played out of their skin this season. But every single thing has gone their way, even when they benefitted from just about every major decision today they still couldn't cope with a bit of adversity being down to 10 and folded completely - we could have had 5 or 6.

Leicester are a good team, they played well against us and to be fair they're not dirty. We'd have taken the penalty decision if it had been us so I don't blame them for that.
although we are painful to watch we kept creating chance after chance and I just hoped one would go in.
We were diabolical in front of goal but we won in fhe final seconds so all is well in the wenger garden at least until the next game.
Happy we won. Well done Arsenal.

Genuinely the worst refereeing performance I've seen. Worse than Mike Riley at Old Trafford in 2004.Rosie_titters wrote:Martin Atkinson shouldn't be allowed to ref a PL game again.
Piss poor decisions. Not moaning about Simpson getting sent off. But Drinkwater tackle on Ramsey was a disgrace. Easily a leg breaker.

I beg to differ midz mate - That challenge (if you can call it that) on Rambo was 'intentional' - as someone rightly said he went to 'do him' - so they are dirty and they DO cheat.....Midz wrote:Leicester are a good team, they played well against us and to be fair they're not dirty. Off day? He's been utter gash since he came back from injury and most of this season. Remember when he had the pace and skill to beat players? Definitely a major concern from someone who's supposed to be our star player.Henry Norris 1913 wrote:like other people said, a bit of a criminal performance, ozil and ramsey were especially useless. sanchez had an off day, but some very good crosses that we should have capitalized on.

The end of today's game will go down as a classic in Arsenal history.

Back to earth for a bit: I still don't think we will win it, no way. The amount of attacking chances washed by our forwards is beyond farce. Great to win today but, it's my favourite time of year again. "What time is that" I hear you ask?
It's the time of year when the pressure gets intense, and Giroud basically becomes a complete tit. Remember in the business end of last season how he went through over 850 minutes without a PL goal? Which is ridiculous in itself for a striker on his wages....
Well, he's at it again at the same stage of the season: it has now been over 450 minutes since Giroud last scored a league goal. You simply don't stand a chance of winning anything if that's how your main striker is "performing".
