The 2015 Transfer Rumours Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Are we going to 're-brand' this The 2016 Transfer Rumours Thread? So we can talk about players that TOF will never buy? :suicide:

Can we start preparing July's bingo card

For 4 corners:

Difficult to sign players during the European Championship
Internal solutions
Dizzying Prices
Main priority is to keep the current squad together

HOUSE !

If we find something interesting we will do it
I'm sorry he did not cost 25 million
There are 2 markets - one external, and one internal
We work tirelessly every day
People say buy....but who?
We were very close
I am expecting a busy window
True to our values
I am not afraid to spend money
We look to add quality not quantity
No better than what we have already
Not available at the right price
We asked but were told he was not for sale
I would give it back to him [if someone offered me £100m to spend]
Football is living in a bubble
We will look to add one or two of exceptional quality

You've pretty much covered it all there.

Arsenal are making an approach to bring him to the Emirates.
The deal is difficult as he doesn’t have an EU passport – meaning Arsenal would struggle to get him a work permit.

Oh what a surprise.

I feel a certain level of pleasure and a whole heap of shame right about now.

isn't any spend until TOF is gone just wasted money? Better to bank it and let the new manager spend.

HOLD THE FRONT PAGE:

BBC report that Metro report that AS have reported that we've made an offer to sign Toni Kroos from Real Madrid.

It must be 100% legit.

It's 'warchest' time.

A lazy, showboating midfielder on a mega-salary. Just what we need.
