Tello is a very good young striker from what I've seen of him.

7 goals in 22 games - mostly cup and Cl, but still he's 20.

Thing is, I think getting Tello would be a steal. he does have the ability to be a good winger/striker.

I can't see it myself. I get the sense that Barca would almost prefer to let their talented youngsters rot on the bench/in the ressies because they know that if they let them go abroad they could turn out to be quality and it may come back to bite them on the arse. Do they really want Song that badly? If they do I would definitely try and broker a part-exchange of some sort though.

I see your point regarding, Tello and I also agree with you regarding a part-exchnage deal, and if I'm honest I would rather we tried to get back an established player such as the likes of Afellay or Mascherano (yeah, I know but one can hope). I just feel that Tello is a decent player who has the ability to be a good player.

Saw Tello playing a CL game this season and wondered why we didn't try and include him in the Cesc deal, but then got to thinking that if we did we would probably have the Barcelona DNA shite going on as soon as he showed a run of consistency.
