So you think that the likes of Fabianski, Jenkinson, Gibbs and Monreal are good enough to help us win the title or CL, do you? (And before you say Jenkinson isn't first choice, he will be if Sagna is either injured or forced to play in central defence, which he is first cover for!!). Given his propensity to charge up the field recklessly with no thoughts about his proper job, god forbid if we have to rely on Jenkinson at right back all season. As for Left-back, neither Monreal nor Gibbs - although improving - have showed enough knowledge of good defensive positioning and decision making to convince me they can make the back four stronger.
And that neatly leads me onto my next question: do you think that all four of our listed centre-backs are up to the level required?

Perhaps you also think Arteta is the perfect Defensive Midfielder rather than someone - although doing a better job than Song did - is reluctantly filling in due to our shortage and hasn't got the mentality or the physicality of a real DM? Or would you prefer Jack Wilshere waste his talent effectively having to supplement whoever is playing that position because of their shortfalls, rather than creating havoc further forward?
I guess you are very happy with our existing forward line if you don't think we need at least one if not two addtional strikers to help score the goals that will see us challenge? Or do you think Giroud, Poldoski and Theo are a formidable enough forward line and will bag enough goals between them to see us home? Maybe you have seen enough in Akpom's brief appearances to convince you he's the next striking sensation that will lead us to glory?
Now if you said Yes to any of the above questions then I suggest it's you and not Wrighty that hasn't got a clue what he's going on about!!
