Wait a few days, check the website and facebook pages for finalised Mission Statements then comment again.
The campaign wants better players and trophies won.It is not against youth players, it is against involving too many youth players and not enough experienced ones. The youth prospects look great, but unless we get a glut of exceptional players all developing in same way as Wilshere, they have shown they can take us so far and no further.
Balance must be right.
i want better players and trophies aswell
what is your best case scenario tho?
no way in the world AW is gonna be told how to do his job.he's just that stubborn and deluded.so longas he is the GIC nothing will ever change
again, what is your ideal outcome from this?

To add to this. The only way you will get widespread support for something like this is using a softly, softly approach. Once we can engage with the Club, we can be more forceful and step UP our efforts in a more DIRECT manner.
THIS IS ABOUT SPREADING A MESSAGE FIRST AND ACTION LATER
agree that coming on too strong while we are still in a title race(yeah right!) will turn all the undecideds off but the last group i remember using the whole...this is just the start, once we have a foot in the door we can step up our demands was................RedAction
look where thats got us?? satisfied with a wave from the guy stopping us winning anything

Ideal outcome is wenger splashing a bit of cash, of understanding our heartache.
Couple of proven players.
Adding a bit of pragmastism to the youth project.

than you will be sorely disappointed.
trying to tell him how to do his job will probably result in him digging in even more to prove you wrong.just as he's trying to prove the whole footballing world wrong by winning something without cash.
he is wrong and i fear you will be too.
hope not though.

I see your point mate, but the only other option is to do nothing.
I really feel that our strength will come in getting press coverage. Once the Club start taking stick in the press, they will have to listen.

I'll give you a tip to catch Denilson..... He only runs from side to side and backwards. It'll be like going crabbing on the beach!

i cant help but think the press will end up just making the fans into a laughing stock, spoilt etc
i hope im wrong, fair play to everyone involved in getting this going. something needs to be done and, ive never felt so far removed from the club i love.
the lack of trophies hurts for sure, but the feeling of the club not giving a shit hurts more.
the club cannot milk us anymore to satisfy their need to be succesfull off the field without some reward back.
i just want our arsenal back

At this stage this protest isnt going in the direction I personally would choose but I said all along that I would support any protest so if there is a paypal account set up I would be willing to contribute to it

Good luck to Mr Crescit.
It is a valid point, it is also valid that football has now become comparable to the theatre or opera in terms of prices.
But for all his pain, there are those that can afford it.
But fcnotplc should let the ticket price campaigners do their thing, and we focus our thing, on better players, on winning trophies.
It is our niche amongst arsenal fan groups, our unique selling point.
I agree here, we don't wnat to end up trying to push for too much at once because you end up not pushing enough for anything then.
But this really is wrong and sad. I think it is the kind of thing that we might seek to address specifically in the furture after this project is completed. When that would be who knows now?
Best of luck To Vic Crescit on his effort.
I would say what we can do is offer hotlinking to sites dedicated to that as an issue from our page and vice-versa.

The problem though Augie is if we do try and be more forceful in our views it would be a lot more divisive and people who have some concerns about some of the club's policies may be put off supporting our cause. I think the aims and concerns which we have gone for are pretty spot on and a lot of gooners do share similar views and will sign onto this imo more than something more forceful
