Yesterday morning, on BBC Radio Sussex, there was a report of three different airline pilots reporting an orange UFO on the approach to Gatwick Airport. (No, it wasn't the Sun making a rare appearance ). Airline pilots are not famous for April Fools jokes. And we are in June.

Equally strange is that I can find no trace of this story anywhere on any news channel.

Why has this story died a very sudden death? And how many other similar reports have been consigned to the wheelie bin of life?

Against my better judgment I decided to watch the 'Confessions of an Alien Abductee' documentary on C4 this evening and, just as I suspected, it was a full of bollocks spoken by a load of nutters!!

The difference being that we all know Arsenal Football Club exists as an entity. (Although come to think of it, there are some AKB's that probably don't, and that believe we are in fact Arsene Football Club)
