As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

based on previous years, any plans we do have will be scuppered by a long injury to at least two players - this year it will probably be kos or per, Giroud, and Ox again.
i dread to think that walcott will be injured for a 3rd year...
Would probably be wengers greatest ever achievement
Spend the rest of his career playing second fiddle to Zabaleta all for a bit more money? What a waste. Still good luck to him. Those bills need paying...

yep.
I like Sagna I always have, but he could still be 1st choice at many clubs, why be backup @ City. Maybe he misses Clichy?
Lots of fresh rumours of Sagna going to City. We really shouldn't have lost him, but to have another good player go to City is just a joke.
Not sure I understand this one. Lose-lose for Sagna.
Sagna shouldn't replace Zabaleta but if he does, the city fans will hate him for it. If he doesn't, he'll sit on the bench for 80% of their matches when he could have started for us.

That's a very real possibility, and I think he'll be brilliant for them in that position, unfortunately. If, however, he is simply to be back up to Zabaleta, then that's just insane. Yes he'll be paid a lot more... but still. We really should have tried harder to keep him.

Apparently we did but Shitty are offering £100k a week for a FB in his 30s, now that's insane
