Abou Diaby - Injuries Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Arsenal have played approximately 260 league games since we have signed Diaby and Walcott.

Diaby has played in 117 of them.
Walcott has played in 161 of them.

117 games includes sub appearances.

The scary bit is 18 starts out of the last 90 or so games.

Credit to the club for loyalty to a player, but how much longer can he be on the wage bill?

This is a non debate. Diaby is an injury prone player who might have been great but is burning a hole in wasted wages. Sad but this season proved that.
Mind you if he joins United he might never be injured again lol

Just his name irritates the life out of me. Quite how we're still having discussions about this *word censored* about 5 years after we should have got rid of him shows how pathetic this club has become.

No coincidence whatsoever that since the Great Abou has been out we chucked away top spot in the CL Group and have dropped to midtable

People don't realise what a good thing we had going with those awesome displays at Anfield and the Etihad

Still - lets "carry on Ramseying"
