With apologies to thread starter, the playing mantis, I felt we needed to give the President Elect his proper title on the thread title. Also it will annoy the Hillary groupies. Which is nice.

I hate Trump with a passion, but if he wants to talk to the president of Taiwan then he should. I hate the way so many countries kowtow to the Chinese; don't talk to the Dalai Lama because the Chinese don't like it, don't talk to Taiwan because the Chinese don't like it. If they don't like it, fuck 'em.

Unfortunately the "Fuck 'em" that the Chinese can deliver is a lot more painful than the one the yanks one.


People who know me will tell you that I'm not a rascist but I know there are some who will jump on the bandwagon of popular culture and accuse me of being so when I say, "I think there is a frighteningly large percentage of the world's population that is Chinese and that worries me".
