Fcuk that - if I was a decent player at Southampton then I would be out of there any way I could. Being honest I don't even think it would matter who I joined cos I would at least be comforted in the knowledge that I was leaving a club that was being put together for the first time - a new manager and replacing 5 of their best players is like starting with a blank canvas and that is gonna take a long time to sort out. The negative implications on their rep is massive and any decent player will want out and no decent player will want to join them
i hope spurs do sign both as imo they are averageness personified. they dont need scneiderlin, he isnt an upgrade on what they have, and rodriguez is massively overrated and wont be the same player after his career changing injury. i hope they spunk millions on them.
(for that matter we all seem to be assuming theo will be as he was...this type of injury could rob him of his pace...if so his one asset is gone).

it has been an encouraging summer thus far, but realistically of those signed only sanchez is going to make a difference to the first xi. is very good but alone he wont get us competing for the title. if we sign a class dm then we may have a chance. those bummings by he big boys wont be solved by sanchez. they wont be solved by 1 dm, but a class dm would help alot (along with some tactics).

Of course it's Twitter and its bollocks but I have to laugh at people who think if you have some kind of source then there might some sort of truth in it.
Not a chance, he was bombed out because he was disruptive.
He was shit too, got a few assists but his job was to defend the defence not look for glory.
Cringe when I see people big him up, silly fouls, leaving the defemce exposed, trying to be the star, yeah, top player (thats why hes gone to shit, big clue right there)

I'm just asking who said it so I can decide for myself where it's reputable or not.
Rumours floating about that Reus was a target but the injury prevented it. Rejected a new deal too but don't see us competing with the big boys on this one.
