You got that Chippy? Seemed to be Wenger saying Sahin's on his way and Song's off. The cheap thing doesn't come into it as it'll be an initial loan and all seems to have been agreed.

Real Madrid's Nuri Sahin is among those reported to be on Wenger's transfer radar, and the Arsenal boss has confirmed that he may make a move for the Turkey international if he can free up space in his squad.

"He is one of the players we are following," he said.

Same old lying bar steward. We have a large squad so that's good enough to challenge......Really?? Half a squad of average players? Wow, Fulham could be challenging for the title this year!!
Arsenal are Fubar!
Sahin is a minimum requirement, but it's ok, we are now being linked with another French/African from those giants of world football.....Toulouse :? :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

TeeCee have you actually seen Cheikh M'Bengue play? Probably not. He's a very good Left back.

I have seen that biglia guy play for Argentina and for me he is a very average player to the point that he looks like a poor mans Lucas (yes the Lucas that plays for the victims  ) I know that it ain't an exact science but playing in the Belgium league at his age does suggest averageness cos even all the decent Belgium players have gone to stronger leagues by then

I know that song is very average but our aspirations must surely stretch higher than replacing one average player with another ? :(

I was so optimistic this summer. Even when RVP announced he was going to leave, we had Pod, Giroud and Santi but to lose Song would no longer make us a feeder club but a youth accademy for every other club with ambition to exploit.

Cos barca buying song would be a real signal of how ambitious they are to buy up the best footballers in the world

Fucking off Song was almost equal priority to keeping Van Persie at the start of the summer (for me at least), so seeing him waddle out the door in that drunk baby penguin *word censored* fashion of his will go a long way to easing the pain of seeing RVP in a manc scum shirt. :barscarf:

Yes. Of course you do.

JD, no offence mate - but I get the impression if someone burgled your home and robbed all your stuff, then did huge shits in every room except the bathroom, you'd say "Well that's a real bonus. That ended well really. That bathroom is super top quality."
