It was a good game (bloody hot!) and the mackams were all good lads!

It was good to meet the guys from the forum and appreciate the additional gooners that responded to late calls for more players Carltonbanks, loftylynch etc.

Also enjoyed a few cold ones afterwards with number5, Franksav, M-50, reb etc.

I was so dehydrated this morning I had to peel my tongue from the roof of my mouth!

If we could get a few more committed as well as the regulars guys that couldn't make it (SWL on holiday, hashkads with a felching related injury) we could make the away leg

Chunky can sort that one out. I have enough trouble being a player let alone a player / manager!

just want to thanks to goose and his mad family for been good neighbours at the real game yesterday and thanks again for the spare ticket,

I was going to give Leftfootlegend some stick, but he came all the way up to make the numbers and ran his bollocks off all game.

Still, he's not playing up front again though.

Not having that said about my old striking partner (NOT a euphemism, GayJayHashKads!! )

The hardest job on the pitch is striker. Next year I will deffo play in this game again (sober and no broken bones this time! ) and myself and Lefty will smash a few.

Goals, that is.

In our team, with the cultured passing being fed in from the defence, it should (should) be the easiest position. An endles supply of accurate space creating balls to feast on and between you, you're about a lethal as a common garden snake.
