Tickets for Wembley

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Yup I have 2 tickets in that block. I hope you are a singer mind, this is the singing section for the upper tier !

Also just checked the ticket site, theres only one quarter of the upper tier with seats available now. Looks like they may sell out by the end of the week after all.
No worries mate I am old school we will be making plenty of noise, by the way are you meeting all meeting at the Globe and giving the Green man a swerve.
Yeah, green man is a bit ponsy tbh with the Arsenal away boyz. They used to be quite funny but their material is quite stale now.

In baker street there's tons of drinking options. Seems like a lot of peeps are heading over to the globe, the earlier the better tbh. Even if there is wigan in the pub, I am sure we can have some friendly banter until they realise they are seriously outnumbered!

Any Wiganer that watches football in their stadium should be used to be outnumbered by "actual" football fans. Most of that rugby league lot probably spend half their home games wondering why the goals are so short and what the net is for.

Does anyone know whether the tickets need to be signed for when delivered or will they just be posted? Thanks

I spoke to someone who got them in regular post, didn't need to be signed for.

I'm surprised it hasn't been reported, given the publicity given to initial allocation.

Well, we had 42,882 to start with. And it sounds like Wigan have so far sold just over 12,000 of their 22,807. And we know that they did return a number of tickets to the FA, which were in turn were passed on to us. That surely had to be at least the 7,118 that would have taken our official allocation up to the 50,000 mark. I'd be a little surprised if any club had ever had an official allocation to a match at a neutral venue quite as high as that before...

And you have to imagine that most of the Club Wembley and Corporate tickets will also end up in Arsenal hands so could have anything up to 70,000 gooners there on the day...

Yeah 50k seems around the mark. Whilst a lot of gooners will be in club wembley it wont enhance the atmosphere imo. In fact its a shame that soo few wigan fans got tickets in the end, it will kind of make for quite a sanitised atmosphere. The FA cup semi final is one game that more real fans get in than corporates. Still its a sniff of a trophy and there will be a hardcore support out for the day and having a good time !

quick query guys.

Got tickets through someone at the Irish FA. just got hands on them this morning and it says The FA-Arsenal at the bottom but says the seats are in block 143 which is in the wigan end going by the seating plan Arsenal had. Mate going to ring the box office here but thought id post on here to see if any of you more knowledgeable people would have any ideas to whats happened!!

Had i knew this i could have used my own membership for tickets, seeing how the demand went!!

Any help is appreciated
