As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
“Marouane Chamakh’s just managed to sign,” he said.
“It’s longer than a one-year deal providing we stay up.
“I can actually look at what I’ve definitely got now and work around him and build the team around him.
“He’s a fantastic player who can drift and float and he’s good in the air, so I’ve got to try and build a squad around that now.
“It’s about him getting going again and I normally do alright with people whose careers are faltering a bit. I love them up and work with them, and, hopefully, I can get him back to what he played like when he first went to Arsenal.
“There was nothing wrong with him then when he scored eight in nine. But I wouldn’t fancy being Robin van Persie’s understudy, it can’t have been fun.”
Right, put your life savings on Palace to go straight back down.
What has holloway been smoking
Think we should send Bendtner his way too, I'm sure he can "love him up".
Palace fans would be salivating at the prospect of a Chamakh-Bendtner strike pair.

I think Holloway is right., when Jvp balsa knees was injured, the camel did well...But when the judas came back - wenger dropped the camel like a hot brick and didn't ever use him properly again...We shouldn't be surprised at that coz Inspector Clueless no longer knows how to manage a team or players - He seems to delight in playing players out of their strongest position (square pegs in round holes etc) - much of the failures that have happened with players is down to wenger and his inability to manage and coach....he's useless in the transfer market and n many other areas too and the sooner he f*cks Off the better.
You watch the camel score a sweet glancing header against us in the 89th minute and take all 3 points...
Don't sympathise with Chamakh. He could have left at any other time. He stayed because of the money. Yes that is our fault but if you are going to throw away your career for cash don't look for sympathy. Just 2 more to get rid off now: Young and Bendtner.
Edit: I'm guessing we are paying a significant amount of Cham's wages.
