I think this board would go into meltdown if that happened
More then that mate. It would be super quality with the handbrake off type meltdown.

Adam Johnson anyone? He sounds unsettled. Always rated him.

Leighton Baines has been the man we've needed for a long time. Won't happen though.

My hunch is that M'Vila won't be coming and that we'll have Sahin wrapped up the next day or two. Then we'll sign someone nobody has heard of for a nominal 5-8m fee.

Adam Johnson would have to take 40k wage cut- do you see that happening? I dont.

I'd take him if we got rid of Walcott. To be honest, I'd rather have Johnson than Walcott, but he probably isn't as direct. If Wenger offloads Walcott, and I do think that he should, he should grab Moses at Wigan. I reckon that he is a lot better than Walcott is now.

Song acted like a clown because we asked him to wait until 1st Sep for new contact talks. Can't miss extra 10k for 2 weeks after all the effort and resources spent on him. Selfish scum. Good riddance.

Can't believe AC Milan - Get rid of Ibrahimovic and Cassano and bring in Billy Big Boots to replace them. Yeah, they have Pato and Robinho, but still...Are they into masochism or are having financial woes?

Yes, 100%. Would take him over Theo anyday of the week. Regarding his wages, if he really is keen on first team football -which if the sale of Theo happens is likely - then I don't think he would mind taking a pay cut to play week in, week out. Arteta took a paycut so it really isn't unheard of.

Alas, Adam Johnson in an Arsenal shirt won't happen.

I would prefer another center back who isn't an aging French guy who's coming over here from a top club who want to get rid of him because Mexas just screams a repeat of Squillaci and we all know how that one turned out ( I was at the Stoke game at the Emirates the day he scored infront of the Clockend (where I was sat, quite close to the Stoke fans) and actually played WELL. ONE game though :P)

I wouldn't object to seeing Toure back at Arsenal but I fear his legs have gone and he wouldn't make even a good back up to Per although the nostalgia would be there. Then again, Sol didn't do to badly.

Rather him than Squillaci if I'm honest.

Ha ha ha, as if we'll sign more than one more player!

Sahin in on the cheap....Wenger stylee, and that's it. The money will be trousered by Kranky with a nice little bonus heading Ivans and Wengers way for toeing the line. :banghead:

Who gives a fuck if he's cheap as long as he's a quality player. Cazorla is 'cheap' considering he was under 15m and yet can prove to be a top class player and the signing of the summer. Stop moaning for the sake of it.

Sahin is an exceptional player. Being 'cheap' means nothing. Its great that we may be able to get him
