As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Of course wenger will pick a team most of us disagree with all will probably "rest" silvestre and leave song in alongside gallas as the only change in the back 4 and one of our wide men(probably nasri) likely to be on the bench as rvp comes back into starting line up
Agreed Augie. Owing to the disturbingly large amount of hammers season ticket holders in my family, I've been at the this fixture in the home stand for the last 16 years and can remember a lot more bad results than good. I think the stats even back it up. But not my first game in 1992 which made me fall in love with all things Arsenal so this fixture has a special place in my heart
BT I think that was my first match at Upton Park too and been to everyone in the away section of course since. I remember standing on the then terracing and not seeing very much at all.
How strange! That was the era of the horrible 'magic eye' away kit. And i still fell in love.
Yes March 1992 was my first game at Upton Park I just checked.
I really hope Wenger will rest Ade today. The Togonater played 90 min as a lone striker on tue and we got 2 more games in the next 6 days, surely not even AW thinks he is that important to us that can't give him a breather just for today. RvP & Vela could be an interesting partnership but I guess Bendtner is the first in line. You never know what you'll be getting with Nic but if he's in a good mood he's a very good striker.
It will be very interesting to see if Wenger let Diaby stay in the side as well. I reckon he might do it the half hearted way and play him on the left hand side, and save Nasri for Wed.
