I just thought of another one.

FACup Final days.

Used to be the highlight of the year.

Before it even kicked off, you would get two hours of stuff.

Interviews with players, managers, supporters, show-biz people.

Cameras would be on the team coaches.

It was THE day of the year.

Sounds like a normal Setanta Monday Night Special to me now :lol:

FA Cup final day (we had one virtually every season a few years ago) started about 10:00 in the local, a full english with a pint. A few more beers, watch the game, a few more celebratory beers, followed by a curry, then back to the local for another skinful. Good times!
