I can only imagine that there is more to her comments than meets the eye, and for that reason I'm reluctant to pry, because the hostility Pixie has toward Jade seems way over the top!

It`s not ott at all, I am just seeing the whole affair realistically!! The only ott reaction has been that of the tabloid press. Just simply cannot understand the hysteria about the illness of a person who is only known for being on a reality TV show. Not only that but a person who isn`t exactly held in high esteem by most people. I am not going to be hypocritical and say nice things about her simply because of her illness.

I wouldn't say it's being hypocritical... I'd call it compassion and perhaps even empathy for her situation; and it's quite possible to feel compassion and empathy without respecting her, or even liking her.

Please close this thread, I for one am tired of hearing about her and seeing her photo in the media. She is a nonenity as far as I am concerned. That may sound heartless to those of you who have swallowed the hype perpetrated by the media painting her as a tragic soul. Many people are dying every day , a lot from preventable illnesses.

Top notch post, and i could not agree more. I am sorry that the girl is going to die in a such a horrible way. But she is still an utter *word censored*. It will be a sad day for her family when she dies, but i wont be loosing any sleep over it
I find it hard to believe that people can be so heartless toward another human being. I guess it's those type of opinions that have made this world such a great place.

The fact that annoys me most about jade goody is the way she is conducting herself. She is selling her cancer to the highest bidder.
