That's nice for him. However, in the meantime we as a club are slipping further and further behind in terms of challenging because Wenger can't see the bloody obvious!!. :banghead: :banghead:

Do me a favour.Wenger listens to no one.He lives in Wengerworld when everything he does is right. He is never going to change his stubborn ways.Sell Diarra,Gilberto and Flamini and replace them with Denilson,Song and Diaby. He has lost the fucking plot
I'd love to go to Wengerworld. Where Almunia is world-class, where Eboue is useful, where Denilson is class. Ahh, the stuff of our dreams 8)

Enough. Anyone who decides his team doesn't need a kick up the arse until 79 mins needs his head checked. I've really really wanted to avoid saying this, but after midweek we know the team can play with the handbreak off, so its a mental thing. And if its mental its motivation, so thats the manager.

As much as its pains me to say it but, end of the season its time for a change. Time for Mr Wenger to go upstairs........

I think if Wenger leaves now, we may finish in the mid-table

I am gutted too about today's result :banghead: :banghead:
Basically we can't score. I have full respect to RVP. But then week after week, it proves that he can't score goal consistently. How many chances he has today??!!!

So what about the fucker who is on 80 grand a week where have his goals been this season?Just think if RVp hadnt scored that cracker at Goodison we would be behind Everton now

As for Wenger leaving are you telling me Arsenal would finish mid-table with either Mourinho or Rijkard as manager?

I'm as disappointed as anyone and I think that the time is very close when aw needs to go. He has an exit strategy in place already. He is very well in the fold at PSG and I think he knows that his reign is sadly coming to an end. If he goes I cannot see it being a big name club. The expectations at those for fast delivery do not suit his style. We all know he like to build teams not buy them. PSG is an ideal place for him to start his next project. Hopefully he'll take Eboue and Denilson with him.
As for those that want to offer the argument "who could replace him?" I would say on todays evidence that you need look no further than Hodgson. His team outplayed us today and actually deserved all three points in my opinion. They didn't come to "park the bus", they actually came to play us. If you look at that team it is full of journeymen and middle of the road pro's yet he has got them playing as an effective unit. He's not the only candidate either. There are plenty out there.

Donaldo, don't get me wrong. I am as frustrated as you and others are. However, sucking Wenger now is not a wise choice in the middle of the season. It will distablize the dressing room. And some players may consider to leave by this summer after Wenger leaves. You understand what I mean. Again, I have to repeat once again, if I or most of the fans give Wenger a deadline by the end of the season, why don't we be patient and see what he can help us to achieve by this season? I am happy to see that I or we are wrong and his philosophy in football is right. If he gives us so much happiness in the last 12 years, could we just give him few more months to do his job? I am sure most fans here are with me at this point

Again I don't think Rijkard is a good manager, sorry mate....

Again, I have a total respect to RVP. But if you think that he plays for us for 90 mins for most games, and the chances he can converted, I don't think he is a consistent striker. I think this is a fair comment, isn't it?!

With a little bit of luck, we could easily have gone 1 or 2 up today, then we might have seen a much more of a confident performance in the 2nd half. But shit happens.

My main gripe is that the whole team mentality has just gone soft. To the point of being embarassing. AW should take responsibility for that, he acts like the liberal parent and treats his proteges like sensible little adults, when clearly they're not! A bunch of overpaid soft shites, in need of a good kick up the arse. Some kind of mental block about winning in the team, when winning ceases to matter then the plot has truly been lost. What fking planet are the powers that be on to imagine this can continue without huge knock-on effects?

So here's the Sir Denis quick fix :fencing: which can be started straight away:

Put the players in a bootcamp for a month, with full army training drill, early starts, forced runs and a curfew, while some sas-trained interrogators toughen them up mentally. I mean, really put them through the mill. Rewards for when they win, penalties when they lose. Real simple stuff that even the modern footballer can understand. If anyone refused or couldn't take it, kick them out of the team, let them make their own way home. Then let's see what we're left with, and after that only get new players in who are prepared to fight for the cause.

As for Wenger, rather than call for his head, I propose that he has to perform regular Gooner Service, where he has to spend at least an hour or two a week speaking directly with us, the little people who just happen to ultimately support and bankroll the whole operation  :banghead:
