the nil son

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

ha ha all the rosetinters ganging up brilliant. which one of my views is idiotic then (apart from the having to see a game one, which i concede a bit on), and of what ive stated what is incorrect BDB??? all the players ive said were poor have not proven me wrong so far.

Keep it up BDB cos everyone loves and respects your views dont they!!

i dont have problem with Brazilian as long as hes not making personal remarks, some people might like waking up with cock up their arse, each to his own (kenwyne jones???), but some find it offensive and uncalled for.

Brazilian as for eduardo as i said before the next 6 weeks will prove one of us right, i cant see why its not left at that.

now im off home from work to see the gf i'll leave your little sausage fest love in to you 2, and await further developments tomorrow lunchtime when i can get my responses in!

Brazilian - you're wasting your time on here trying to preach the virtues of Denilson and Diaby to the uninformed

If either of them scored a hat-trick against Barcelona it would be because the opposition were shit on the day, they were lucky etc etc

The same group tend to be the sort who would much rather be screaming "Theo, Theo" after another mindless run into the fullback or into touch (yes, wasn't he a fucking inspiration against the so called shit of Liege), or lording up the massively over-rated Vela and Ramsey on the back of a handful of showboats against proper shite in the Beer Cup

Fact is, 90% of contributors on here will judge Diaby and Denilson before they cross the line of play and can't stand back and judge the performances for what they are.

Whereas you and the other 10% of 'educated and knowledgeable' football fans who just happen to like Diaby and Denilson can?

Come on SteveO, can't you just accept that others are also capable of making their own judgements on what they witness every bit as much as you do, and that some people just see things differently and come to other conclusions? :banghead:

IHH, I most definitely can accept other people's judgements but as I say, I think that most people have already passed judgement on 2 or 3 of our players before the game has even started. I will give anyone a fair hearing, so please state your case.....

At Sunderland I watched Aaron Ramsey struggle to make the slightest impact, a boy in a man's game. I watched Walcott, Ing-er-lund's hero produce another insipid display against Standard. If either of them do the business against the Chavs or anyone else this season I will give them the credit they deserve.

Whenever I point out the great games Diaby has had, I get a load of bullshit thrown back at me (usually linked to the opposition)

Personally, I never link Diaby's performances to the quality of the opposition. I just think that for a man with his enormous talent - and even his fiercest critics will admit he does have talent - he hasn't played well enough, often enough to win over me or the majority of his doubters.

I agree that the same charge could be levelled at Theo and - more unfairly - to Ramsey. However, as we've discussed before, both are much younger that Abou and haven't had the number or run of starting games that Diaby has in order to show whether or not they are really up to it.

Don't worry, I'm sure that both will get the attention of those fans that are currently discontented with Diaby/Denilson if they do get into the team on a regular basis and fail to deliver the goods. That's the way most fans are.

ramsey hasnt had a chance so is pretty exempt from critiiscm however what ive seen so far doesnt justify 30000 a week, and doesnt suggest we have cesc replacement ready cant see why the spy does.
walcott view is clouded by his nationality probably.

however mr whitcher sums it up perfectly in his chelsea review re denilson and others.
