English teams you have a soft spot for?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Swindon Town cos I was born there, and Plymouth Argyle as they are my "local" team, as I live 70 miles the other side of Plymouth

Nottingham Forest, just think they're the underdogs with a good history.

Hey a quality answer at last. I was born in Chippenham ( wilts ) and my grandad used to play for Swindon town so was always taken there as a kid. Arsenal though was always number one for me.

Bristol Rovers & Bristol City, because I went to uni in Bristol, and Preston North End because they were my local team growing up.

Would like to see Nottingham Forest back in the Premier League, too.

I agree to the extent that I'd rather see dirty leeds in the prem over shit nothing clubs like bolton, blackburn and chelsea (wishful thinking :D )

However, dirty leeds are still dirty leeds and will always be dirty...
