You cut out - ENTIRELY - the following :-
Alcohol
Bred
Carbohydrates
Dairy Products
and anything appertaining to junk food.
Go to the health food shop. Buy a large container of Whey based powder protein. Mix with water drink like a milk shake. Eat modest quantities of fruit and vegetables with white meat or fish.
Start and maintain a decent exercise regime. Walk one mile a day for 7 days, 2 miles a day for the next 7 days, then double it again. Use your exercise bike at home.
It's tough. But it's the only way to do it and make it stick. Otherwise you are just wasting your time.
