thanks for clarifying your thoughts and helping an underling like me understand but i just dont get how Gerrard in particular started this ruse 4 years ago by helping us win back then. As i said if you look at virtually every game of sport not just football there are times within that game that could be suspicious.

If i felt like you, that everything was rigged, i would give up watching football whats the point of spending your hard earned money and valuable time watching something that is corrupt and results have been decided before you even leave your front door? mentioned this threadto my 17 year old son who normally dismisses my pearls of wisdom as rubbish but when i mentioned the moon landings he launched into a thesis in total bemusement that anyone dismisses the idea of any or all being faked. s

If you are such an inquisitive man then why do you offer the questions and false assumptions of a 17 year old as the basis for your argument? I would think that anyone with an education as strong as yours would be much more adept at finding answers to things like this.

Having maintained an interest in Astronomy for most of my life, and having had the opportunity to study the subject at both high school and university level, I can assure you that there truly are answers to your ridiculous questions.

Whether or not those answers are worth explaining to someone who starts their questions with "how comes" (don't pass that off as your inability to type) is a completely different question.

not everything is rigged but i always argued effectively manure started each seasonwith 10 point lead. then abromavitch comes along and the dynamics and politics change.

fraid to say that to a large extent there is no point. however sometimes a team like ours of 2002-04 comes along thats so good that no matter how corrupt others are it will win and thats why we go. living the dream that what came around will come around again.

Seeing as we are talking about the invincibles Roly when you analyse it to go 49 games unbeaten is an incredible achievement on so many counts. To go so long unbeaten relies on so many things a referees mistake, a linesmans mistake, a goalkeeping mistake, missing a clear chance to avoid losing a game for a striker all have to go in your favour for such a long period of time is more than luck isnt it? Where there shady deals going on in our favour? If not why do you think we are whiter than white? Also if man utd are in on these scams pre-Abrahmovic why didnt they get out unbeaten run stopped at sometime?
