Redknapp made one tactical change at half time and we were fucked. All Wenger did during the 2nd half was complain to the 4th official he didnt change nothing on the pitch,.And nothing will ever change while he stays as manager as he is too stubborn.£6m a year down the drain

There's no definite answer, but the manager isn't going anywhere, not this season, and not the one after this one. He's at Arsenal, he loves the club, and I believe he will get us to a good place eventually.

I would have loved you to name an available manager that can replace him and make this team any better..
There aren't many "available" so they would have to be made avalable by the club making a move for them. So here are few who could do a better job or at least would be worth a punt.
Hiddink.Rijkaard, Koemann, Advocaat. O'Neill.
I'm not saying we would get the right man first time of asking, but one thing for sure is the guy in the job at present certainly isn't the right man.

Yup, should seal 5th place for us I should think

I said it at the end of last season and I'll say it again now, Arsene Wenger WILL take us out of the top 4.

First two maybe, last 3 no chance.
Another one I'd consider is Moyes

Steve Bould could do a better job if given the chance.

And it wasn’t even a tactical change that did for us tbh. Defoe didn’t offer them much and with 2 up front they had one less man in midfield than they’d had in the first half. A first half in which we absolutely owned the midfield. If anything their half-time change should have suited us perfectly. It was a pure & simple case of thinking we had it sewn up, getting sloppy & then not being capable of getting a grip back on the game once we’d gifted them some momentum. They really weren’t that great in the second half, we were just atrociously shite. Wenger may as well have given them all a handjob at half-time, they couldn’t have come out for the second half any more laid-back and complacent of victory if he had. Fifteen minutes with Wenger is literally the worst thing that could happen to us at 2-0 up. What in christ's name does he say/do to them in there?

Agreed. He actually has no tactics. Half time was the chance to take someone off, probably Chamakh, put in Wilshere and just tighten the game up. Bring Walcott on for AA23 and just attack with Walcott, Cesc, Nasri/Rosicky and RVP.

Modric and VDV were left to run the game in our half.

How had Jermaine Defoe, yes 5 ft Jermaine Defoe beaten Clichy in the air? What the fuck was Cesc thinking?

And why oh why do we always give stupid free kicks away in dangerous positions like for their 3rd.

Koscielny is not good enough. Djorou played superb against Wolves and Everton and didn't keep his place? Why?
