Yeah they're really helpful in BM - You ask for something and if it's out of stock, they just press one up in the backroom for you! ..mind you don't bother with any returns shyte as they only have one person in the returns/complaints depot and he is always busy with a coocjie in one hand and spliff in the other and a sawn off on his lap and takes NO SHYTE!.

You ever tried production? It's actually pretty hard to get good at it. My same mate who did that guest mix for the beeb also just completed a Masters degree too so I dunno if that generalisation can apply to him

Not that I don't appreciate the craft I just find it very unpleasant to listen to

Used to quite like dubstep but I can't listen to 95% of today's stuff. It seems to have descended into a ridiculous contest to see who can put the most headache-inducing chainsaw bass on a track, it all sounds the same to me.

In fairness to SWL and Henry Norris, I can see, after listening to what now passes as Dubstep, why they would think it is shite.

Just means that it's as easy to get a masters these days as it is to produce shit music

Yes, in his spare time.

He was composing a new symphony and had a minute to invent a new sub genre of music before getting back to the third viola part.

Being a "Rock Dinosaur" he has no real regard for such sub genres, but out of a sense of kindness he invents them on a yearly basis and gives them away to those less musically blessed than him.

He has a whole load of specially made guitars for people of his size, but here is a clip of him playing a normal size guitar, and he does very well in my opinion.

This. Dubstep has certainly gone downhill, shame really as theres some really decent tracks out there. Some of the doctor p tracks can be alright though (but some are beyond shit. Hit and miss).

I like dubstep but its gonna have a short life span, its everywhere and getting cheesier by the day! A bit like electro in 2006, I'm loving drumstep at the mo by the likes of figure and co, its wicked to mix and makes drum n bass sets more interesting!

Going to Glastonbury this week and the dance line up is pretty dub step heavy, might end up hating it by next week!!
