Can we F*ck up v Wolves?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Its true. Even at 4-0 i wasn't comfortable, given that there was still an hour to play. I said to my mate that if the geordies got one it'd be a draw at best, sadly proven right. :( :banghead:

Unless we're 8-0 up with 30 secs left i'm still nervous!

Actually, we're even worse than Spuds - they've never surrendered a four goal lead.

all at home... good opportunity to put to bed the Newcastle fiasco with 9pts.

The Newcastle game will haunt me all season now because it was 2pts that cannot be retrieved, but on the bright side - we actually closed the gap on ManUre, so in reality, I'd rather we did that than both Arsenal AND ManUre winning today.

Anyway, I've seen enough this season to suggest the Newcastle disaster is only a blip, and this team does have the quality to go on another run. Regardless of todays results, we have the BEST AWAY RECORD IN THE LEAGUE so lets not go overboard about how shit this team is - because clearly, it's not!

We can't let Diaby derail our season, so onwards and upwards!
And in those 3 games United have:

Citeh (H)
FA cup and CL penciled in between
Wigan (A)
Chelsea (A)

The answer to the question is absolutely.

How on earth can you have any faith in a team that gives up a four goal lead. Anyone who says that I/we are being negative is deluded or in denial about our total inability to defend.

I reckon Saturday will be 1-1 or 2-2.

Always makes me laugh how many posters think we will lose or draw games. No matter how lower down the league Arsenal still seem to be favourite to lose or maybe struggle to get a draw.

Makes you wonder how comes only 1 team is above Arsenal in league.

Do you maybe think that its because we have struggled in a lot of games this season even when we have come away with all 3 points. Villa away springs to mind :?

Exactly right!

Westham – struggle

Fulhum – Struggle

Brum home – Struggle

Leeds FA cup – Big struggle

Huddersfield – big struggle

We nearly threw away points to all of these games, played shit and didn’t put the effort in at home.

Then lets not forget Scum at home, Newcastle at home and Westbrom at home

It was hardly comfortbale but we were in control the whole way through that game, one of the best performances ive seen from Arsenal away this year
