The thing that annoys me most about using excuses such as the average age shit, apart from the fact that it's easily remedied by bringing in some experience to up the average. Is it implies that he has brought through a whole team of youth all at once. When in reality most of our team has been bought in. Not to mention the team has changed constantly through the period he has played this card of building a team from youth..He hasn't built a team, our team has chopped and changed relentlessly since his building project began and will continue to do so..
This team will be no different to every team we have had in the last 6 years we will gradually lose our better players to more ambitious clubs and they will be replaced by predominantly bought in lesser cheaper players and the building of the team will always be a work in progress and will always be used as an excuse...
What i am wondering is how long will it be before he is too embarrassed to continue using it as an excuse and actually does something about it....i fear the answer is never...

Fuck you - I'm tired of you obnoxious bastards who seem not to give a shit about the reality that as I said above if someone doesn't address the spending problem we won't ever improve form here any time soon.
