Neil Lennon deserves to be attacked? Have mail bombs sent to him? There really are some low brow fucking idiots on here nowdays.

As stated Lennon has done no more than Moron, Pulis, Rednose and Mr Knows. Should they be attacked? Mailbombed?

Of course Lennon should be more careful and low key given the fact that he is being targeted and has a family to worry about. But to be targetted like that because of sectarianism is a fucking disgrace no matter who you are or what side of this stupid fucking pointless divide you are on.

Anyone that is involved in sectarianism is a fucking lowlife arsehole.
Well, Lennon did go calling someone an "orange bastard" during a match, which wont exactly have helped his popularity (unless he was shouting it to Phil "permatan" Brown, in which case he can be excused  )
Both sides of the divide are fucking stupid, but Lennon (whilst obviously not deserving of nail bombs and guns at the training ground) goes out of his way to be a prick, which only serves to ramp up the hatred. Of course he should be able to "give it back" if fans are abusing him, but anyone with a slight ounce of common sense would know that when you're getting death threats its probably best not to act like a wanker.

The bloke gets letter bombs through the post, and a fucking week later he's on the pitch at Ibrox cupping his ears? Absolutely irresponsible. If the players and management (of both clubs) cant behave themselves in derbies then the authorities are going to have a hell of a job trying to get the fans in line. As I said, the bloke has a wife and daughter, what the fuck is he doing riling Rangers fans up when he knows he has had death threats? He shouldnt be forced to leave his job because of the mindless idiots who sent the bombs, but at the same time if he wants to keep managing Celtic, the least he should do is keep his head down, accept that he's going to get abuse at Ibrox, get the draw which (at the time) looked a great result for him, and walk off with dignity. Imagine if his winding people up led to some other idiot sending a nail bomb which got through to him, was opened by his daughter and injured/ killed her. Its a very small chance, but when you have a wife and kids you should be thinking of them all the time and not acting a prick, putting them at risk as you do it.

He should leave Celtic, or he should start conducting himself in a much more appropriate manner, or his wife should take the kid and leave him if he wants to be a dickhead and invite trouble. I dont think it is fair to say that Pulis et al are anything like Lennon when it comes to stupidly and needlessly inviting bother- and of the lot of them the managers of Rangers and Celtic should be the most careful not to go around acting like wankers since they know full well the problems their actions can cause. Certainly Ferguson, Wenger, Pulis etc arent putting their families at risk when they decide to behave like irrespnsible children

That really was pathetic of Lennon, everyone was on his side after the bombs/bullets were sent and he does things like that  Im not condoning the attacks on him but he does seem to have a way of rubbing people up the wrong way (not like that kingjayson)

They are certainly making a great case for themselves to be allowed to play in the English Premier League, if they had little chance before, then they have even less now, which is one positive to come out of their recent confrontations.
I was listening to a Scottish police chief on 5 live following the big riot at one of their recent games, he said their had been over 200 stabbings in the 12 hours following, which could be directly linked to the game.
They are the scum.

Regardless of whether they allow Rangers in, Celtic should never even be considered. I see the IRA chants came out again last night- speak to Celtic fans and they go on about how Rangers are the bad ones and they're great and there was no bother in Seville etc. Aye, great, they still dont allow British soldiers to attend matches in uniform, have anti poppy displays, boo soldiers at the emirates and boo minutes silences and they still chant about the IRA. If anyone was ever stupid enough to let those horrible bastards into the Premier League the Celtic fans would very quickly wish they hadnt. Both of them are a set of *word censored* tbh

I have seen the worst of both sides of this "issue",and both sets of supporters have an element that is disgusting. So it is crazy for people to defend to the hilt one side, and utterly condemn the other!!!

I could post about things related to this that would sicken people,so,do you want to go there?!!
I dont think any of them things are on the same level, or even unacceptable.

Why would you parade British Soldiers in front of Celtic fans? Talk about, stupidity, its idiots like that who have our club a laughing stock.

Believe it or not the British army were every bit as bad as the IRA of old, so dont start being a hypocrite.

When they shoot an innocent 10 year old girl in the head, and claim its an accident by putting a bullet in a boys head, 300m away, (aidan mcanespie), and most importantly get away with it even when charged.

Why the hell should they be applauded. Sure they arent all the same, and neither are former IRA or even Celtic fans, so we cant tar them all with the same brush.

In Britain we will parade British soldiers anywhere we fucking want, thank you very much. If a bunch of "Irish" Celtic fans (most of whom sounded suspiciously like they come from Scotland) dont like it, then dont attend matches in Britain.

Yeah, who the fuck do we think we are, letting British soldiers parade at a football ground in London? God, the cheek of that, eh?

For fuck's sake, lots of bad stuff happened in the 70s and 80s in Northern Ireland and lots of nasty shit happened here with bombings. Let's move on shall we or just use this forum to stir up bigotted shit.

They can parade them were they want.
But why wait until we play Celtic, to stir emotion and anger clearly.

Plenty of other matches they can be paraded at without trouble. Just my two cents, if you expect to parade British Army in front of Celtic fans and get the respect that every other club would give, then they are idiots.

I'm not sure people would support other activities in Iraq or Afghanistan by the Army.

Bla bla bla

You could say the same for Unionists in NI. Why dont they "go home" etc?

Fact is there homes are where they are now, Glasgow or NI or otherwise.

You must have missed the good friday agreement whereby the people of Northern Ireland have the right to call themselves either Irish or British, hence they can be unionists and still call NI home. Supporting a terrorist organisation is, however, a crime, and isnt allowed in Britain. So actually you're wrong, you couldnt say the same for unionists in NI. And I didnt tell them to go "home" anyway, I merely said they shouldnt attend matches in Britain if they dont want to see British soldiers in British football grounds- we'll ban Celtic fans before we ban our own soldiers
