USM Thank you for responding to my post but I wasn't asking you to. A slight waste of your time. However I still did you the dignity of reading your post although as I thought I've learnt nothing new from what you continually spout off.

I no longer debate with you as your hell bent on your theory and fair play your sticking to it. I'm open to listen to listen to anyone’s view points put I don't want to hear it, nor need to, listen to the same points every day in threads that are not even related to these points.

The problem is you have your theory and I have mine. I can debate your points and we have done in the past but we will never come to and agreement and will be going round in circles hence why I never reply to your post.

Now doubt you'll respond with some link of figures discounting what I’ve said or take a pop at me saying that I'm sweeping under the carpet.

No offence intended, Martin - but you devalue your own argument so much by two things; repetition and constantly denigrating the opinions of those that don't agree with you.

You need to accept two things;

1. many on here agree with you - but they don't need it rammed down their throat quite so often (steady, Jayson... ).

2. Many on here don't agree with you - but they are no less loyal or care less because of that. It is a cheap shot to tell someone they don't care just because they don't agree with you.

Another thing I should add to this is that yes I have a view point and my own thoughts (Even I know these are theories and not concrete facts) but despite my views the main reason why I come on here is that I like to have a laugh.

Not all, but most of your posts will inevitably end all talking about the board in some way. You simply don't contribute enough to the forum in general so much that most members are simply ignoring whatever you’re posting. It might be the funniest joke in the world but the mere mention of seeing your name has turn forum members off. That may sound very harsh but I’m just stating the point. Even I've switched off at times when you post and I at worst I may not even skim read the post just scroll straight past to the next comment.

More so people are turning away from the forum in general because of your posts.
Mainly due to personal reason's at home I stayed away from posting on here after the cup lost. But the other contributing factor was due to the mass fallout and the many posts which most were about the board etc....I actually felt in one hand bored (no pun ) and totally uninterested of the respective comments and the other the hand felt that by staying away would actually do the forum a favour as I would end up mealy stoking the fire.

What I’m trying to say is that you really need to stop on this one man crusade. I agree that you should not ignore it but a lot of the forum members here are not actually interested. Yes they should be but your preaching either to the converted or ignorant. Either way your posts become lost.
Engage more in the banter, be vertically challenged, be Irish, take up tennis or have a penchant to the same sex for example but please stop the repetitive talk of the board.

USM is contantly accused of hijacking thread threads whereas he says that a discussion about the board is relevant on the particular thread. The thing is, you could argue that a discussion about the board is relevant on any Arsenal related thread.

The Team is Shit thread - Wengers hands are tied by the board
Potential Signing thread - The board won't allow Wenger spend that much
New Shirt thread - The board are robbing us
6% Price Increase thread - The board are robbing us
etc., etc.

I think that most on here just wish that USM would save his rants for threads that are obviously board related. Choose your battles more carefully USM. There's nothing worse than logging on here, start reading a thread that may be interesting (unlikely I know ) only to discover that on page 2 or 3 it's board time

Aside the points already made his sentence construction is often weird and over-elaborate which make his posts a massive chore to read not only in length but in style.

So you are saying we should pretend it has nothing to do with that so some people can feel better about themselves? And actually I don't think I had that much to say in the latter two threads you refer to. Indeed I have said all along about the ticket price increase you can't complain about that and then ask the Board to invest more money in the team (go back and look), and I don't think I made any sort of serious comment on the shirt thiing as well. Oh I think I commented that no one will be able to claim next year's team lacks bottles or something to that effect.

But you are dead wrong about the first two topics you list. Toi point that is in fact part of the effect of the Board's actions and policies is absolutely 100% valid. It is certainly every bit as valid as calling Arsene Wenger senile and deluded and a *word censored* which goes on in every single one of those threads and goes virtually unopposed by everyone who takes such deep offense at my views. To say otherwise is intellectually and factually dishonest, especially givben the fact that I may be and believe in fact I am right to a large extent. The actual truth should matter in these discussions not the convieient truth.

And it should mattter in criticizing me - you cite two examples of me hi-jacking threads that if go back and read I simply never did. If you are so sure you are right about me I am sure you have no fear to go back and prove that then by reading those threads to prove me wrong.

The truth is the anger at me is less about anything than my views themselves and I think that in this instance that is clear certainly.

It's a cheap shot to over-simplify what people say too. I have never said anyone here simply doesn't care about what happens to Arsenal. I have said some care more about preserving a very specific vision of Arsenal and what Arsenal used they have grown up with and believing in to be than recognizing the reality of what Arsenal appears to have become. I have said that and I stand behind it 100% because that in my mind is absolutely true. I won't apologize for that because its true in some cases.

Show me that is untrue or unreasonable based on the facts we know now even and then have at me. I may be many things but I am not an idiot and only an idiot would simply conclude that people like us who devote so much our time to forums like this about our clubs don't care about tour clubs. But we can care in wrong way at times every one of us to a man - myself included.

You shouldn't even joke about such things because I'll bet its happened to you at soome point some where in some discussion and that you didn't appreciate it one bit then, just as i don't now.

Though what I really don't appreciate is how my words are mis-represented and even ignored by those who feel such great need to criticize them then expect me to take their words 100% seriously and to never impugn them or their motives they way they do me based on things I never actually said or they never actually read.
