2 New songs, what d'ya think?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Whatever happens, a lot of new players songs will be going about tomorrow and it's a case of which one kicks off. For the person that said that song is *****, are you actually going to the game to try out these things? or are you just warming your armchair?!

I've said it before on another thread, but I just wanna repeat that I think the best song for Wilshire, plus a great compliment to him,is to use the Bergkamp song. I really think that "Walking in a Wilshere Wonderland" would really echo around the ground.

The Wilshere song we had in February ie the Celtic song just can't get enough was absolutely class but never get off the ground :banghead:

Scouse have it for Suarez now but I see no harm in still doin it for Jack coz technically we had it first but only a small few sang it.

The boy is a legend and deserves a top notch song and this song is top of range.

FFS we had songs for the comedian, Super Nick, the Assman, Manager of the decade and other dregs yet nothing for our future King :banghead: . Absolutely makes me sick that we don't show this boy our appreciation for his talent, passion, commitment etc etc etc

I totally agree that Jack deserves a special song mate. More than any player he really epitomises the club and US fans. Something needs to be done ASAP though.

A good chant that could be used is the Kaka (Milan) chant. Same tune as Sol Campbell has won the double but remember when the Milan fans sung it against the Mancs, think the song compared Kaka to god but not sure of translation.

The Frimpong one is very good and I think someone mentioned it on here a few weeks ago. 8) On the other hand though the Gervino one is really, really bad!! :oops: :oops: It didn't really work when we sung it for Ashley Cole and to be honest I've never liked it as a chant. :oops: :lol: :lol: :wink:
