i read an article a while back basically about how much cheaper german footy is and how fans are not treated like hooligans by authorities.

anyway it stated that a match ticket doubles up as rail ticket to the game?

can anyone confirm this or confirm im talking bollox!

in the leaflet you get with the tickets it says it doubles with public transport

The German footballing model is almost perfect. Not only are fans not treated like hooligans, they're not treated as cash cows either. And yet the Bundesliga recently overtook the PL as the most profitable league in the world. The FA could do a lot worse than look to Germany for advice...

i fucking love german football, the weekend of the bolton game i'm going to see munster v bielefeld in what is essentially a league 1 derby

with the lads i went to berlin with last year and they're coming to the dortmund game too

A mate and I are flying out to Cologne on Tuesday morning and getting the train up to Dortmund. Worked out a fair bit cheaper then going straight to Dortmund or to Dusseldorf. Either way we are going to be arriving at Dortmund station early eafternoon. Anyone else gone this route, if not what time are others due to arrive?

The Arsenal is thus accompanied on Tuesday of 1,100 fans from London, which will sit in the blocks 60 and 61."

I doubt we'll only bring 1,100

F*ck me, that's shocking. Must surely be a reaction to our poor start to the season and general discontent.

Hate to think how many will be going to Marseille and Greece then....!
