Compare him to arrogant ignorant shite like Nasri and Greedywhore.
So true.
It's incredible to see Gilberto's humility when you compare it to Bender's arrogance for example.
One's career high is winning the World Cup. The other's career high is wearing a pair of pink football boots.
Quality.
I remember Le Tiss on Soccer Saturday saying something like; "Pink boots? Really? Maybe he should achieve something in the game before he starts wearing the coloured boots."

Now, now, 1989, lets not pick on Denmark's best ever striker. I seem to remember Bendtner had the good grace to refund the literally tens of thousands of devestated fans who had spent their money to allow his name and number to grace their Arsenal shirts only to find his squad number changed. A simple act of pure goodwill like that may seem like very little, but there were queues around the ground to get his name and number initially and so I estimate using a complex formula and taking into account an error % for the few fans who didnt hear of his goodwill, that this must have cost him somewhere in the region of £10.56. You can buy a house, a car and a luxury yacht, but you cannot buy the common decency that is possessed by Mr Nicklas Bendtner, man of the people

You guys have no clue how much Arsene is spoiling you ungrateful bastards.
As great as Gilberto was in his prime with us, that last season he spent with us he was reduced to a shambolic, stumbling-around, pale imitation of himself to be fair... quite a bit like Alex Song is now really...

To be fair, Alex Song has never even been that good!!

TBF the nutty prof was playing him at cb a lot of the time. He still looked the business when playing for Brazil in his customary role.

Is Gilberto a legend? Probably not. He was a good squad / utility player, but that's about it. Some of his passing was atrocious, even in his 'prime'.
Fabregas was a far better player than Silva, yet isn't considered a legend (according to the majority of posters answering that question on a thread back when he left).
Many stated that Fabregas could never be considered a legend because he didn't win anything of note with us. However, calling someone a legend solely because they HAVE won trophies (I'm assuming that's why many consider Silva a legend) is also a mistake.
Really, it's got nothing to do with trophies. It all comes down to raw talent, and sadly, Silva was lacking it in abundance. He seemed like a good guy - on and off the pitch - but ultimately a poor man's Edu.

Im just glad something is growing for bG, his body and legs didnt do a very good job of it
oi you pricks, that's not a big forehead that's called a receding hairline i mean, no problems in teaching you about football since i'm actually from a country where we do know how to play the game but having to teach you english as well is way too much!!!
btw, don't be jealous, but receding hairlines are for superior people really:
as you can see, it's a proof of intelligence, manhood and experience.
just like meself.
