"Thierry Henry in Insurance Smokescreen by Arsenal FC&q

Yes he is a much better option but I still cant bring myself to celebrate this deal - this is a lazy short term signing designed to appease fans rather than tackle the serious issues within our squad :(
Welcome back henry but you have no idea of the shite you are going to be asked to play alongside

I know what you mean - especially if Gervinho picks up an injury and is out for a while, Thierry goes home and then we're left with no cover.

This would have been 10 times better if he was on loan until the summer. I know it's not possible but....

we will easily beat Spurs at the Emirates

Henry and RVP up front
Wilshere in midfield
Sagna in defence

Spurs will have most of their side injured by then and the manager will hopefully have been jailed :D

Welcome back Thierry, a true Arsenal great. Don't see the harm in this deal at all, he would have been at the club training anyway so why not at least have him as an option. He'll be used from the bench anyway, seen some nonsense about 'carrying the team'. Fuck off.

Agree Augie - SO he's fit - but in 2 months time he goes and we've got the Forehead and Shnoood back who may get injured in the ACON then we have Super Signing Park left !!
I shake my head

interesting quote from TH14 : " don't expect me to change things. People must understand I am just here to help, from the bench - if I can get on the bench..."
