City match thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Arsenal have won 11 and lost just 1 of their last 14 PL games at the emirates.

City are looking to complete home and away double over Arsenal for 1st time in 36 years.

Man city are 1 of the only 3 teams RVP hasnt scored against in the PL this season.

Anybody get a bad feeling when you see stats like that.

Not going to make a prediction on this 1 because the opposite always seems to happen, but i have a bad feeling about this game.

I posted a stat on here few weeks ago that arsenal hadnt lost a 3pm kick off on a sat in 18 months and then we promptly lost to QPR so you can see where im coming from :banghead:

Could be 0-0
Can see Mancini parking the bus and trying to nick it. And with RVP not firing of late could end up goalless.

I can only assume its an April fools joke a week later. Wenger to play the Ox from the start in an important game - no way. He's got first choice left winger Ramsey ahead of him, not to mention Lightbulb Head and Benayoun

true, but i'd pick the OX, we need 3 points - the pack is closing and by next weekend we could be 6th

Mate we're all joined up on that one but ever since the booing of the substituion against United, Wenger seems ever more determined to use the Ox less and less. Sad really, the kid was on a fine run of form and scares the shit out of full backs
