Sunderland Calling

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

8. LeftfootlegendGooner

Lots of interest from our lads. We'll be bringing a strong squad down (although sounding like it should be from green street, it isn't).
The only thing that should sound like it comes from Green Street is silence, the dumbfounded silence in a room when the final credits roll.

What time do we usually aim for kick off in these games, 10am or something if I recall? I say aim, cos you guys are always fucking late.

1st game of the season innit, 18th August.

Even if you're not running by then, you'll still get round the pitch better than most of us.

Is there a date on this? Maybe I could integrate it into the Arsenal visit I'm planning at some point next season... Embarrassing myself (and my country) could be fun :barscarf:

Yes Barrie - two posts above your one!! :banghead: :banghead:   It would be good if you could make it down, if only to add a more 'international' feel to the team. 8) :barscarf: With all the English boys plus a smuttering of Irish lads selected, it's starting to feel like a Pearce inspired GB football team!!
