Santi Cazorla
Re: Santi Cazorla
He's mind-blowingly (is that a word?) good.
Re: Santi Cazorla
Said when we signed him that he was one of those players I couldn't quite believe actually plays for us. The guy is so good. And to get him for £15m too?! The same price that Liverpool paid for Joe Allen?!
Brilliant.

Re: Santi Cazorla
I've been workin with a Spanish guy called Andreas since June and before SC had kicked a ball for us he came over telling me that AW had pulled of the signing of the summer, said that Cazorla was the best player ever to have left the shores of Spain and we'd soon forget Fabregas as he "wasn't fit to lace Cazorla's boots" and it has become very clear very quickly what he meant, the wee man really does seem to have everything

Re: Santi Cazorla
Absolutely love him, he's class all around. Just a matter of time til those fucking arrogant twats at Barcelona start tapping him up via Fifa.com ...
I think we should also get Isco from Malaga, he is one of my picks for the future.

Re: Santi Cazorla
The way he is going he'll be a better/more important player than Cesc and I never thought I would say that about him or any other midfield signing! Shame we couldn't have Cesc and Cazorla in the centre with a decent defensive midfielder behind them......how good would that have been!!

Santi?!
Oi! Wake up mate what's going on?

Re: Santi Cazorla
Outstanding yesterday, simply outstanding. Not easy to come straight from La Liga and play like he has. Perhaps the pace of the game and physical side got to him a bit in the last couple of weeks, but he was bloody brilliant again yesterday.
I'm sure he'll be docked a week's wages for shooting outside the box but he doesn't seem to care

Re: Santi Cazorla
He was brilliant yesterday because he was allowed to play. Against Chelsea he had a much quieter game, up against stronger midfield and defence. I am sure teams will target him as the one to be marked out of the game.
If he continues like this and there is no reason why not then the loss of Fabregas will be a fond but distant memory.
However, a player of that quality will want to win trophies. He can help us do that but continued lack of success will soon attract offers from trophy winning teams.

Re: Santi Cazorla
Which is why its very important that Wilshere comes back fully fit and in-form imo. A couple of years back when we beat barca and looked good for a title challenge before running out of steam a large part of our strength was that we didn't have just one midfielder who needed to be marked out of the game. Mark cesc out of the game and Jack will dictate. I'm salivating at the prospect of a wilshere/arteta/cazorla midfieldGlitch33 wrote:He was brilliant yesterday because he was allowed to play. Surely on the back of this whopper alone, McDowell's transfer rumours need to be brought backmcdowell42 wrote:That particular avenue of pleasure was closed off,a sad day in the history of the forum
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, 62, has been told he has at least £35m to spend in the January transfer window and could try to sign Atletico Madrid striker Falcao, 26.

Re: Santi Cazorla
That pass late on to giroud was sick, even fabregas would struggle to deliver a pass that takes three players out the game and creates a clear goal scoring opportunity.
Ohhh santi cazorla!!!!!
