Weekend games 15-17 Dec

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

re the above, I am not a huge David Moyes fan, but I think Everton have done well under his tenure and baring in mind their limited resources.

However, he was interviwed on Final Score a few minutes after the match and he was very honest and didn't defend Fellani or pretend he didn't see it and said he deserved whatever punishment came his way, how refreshing from our lying, myopic, control freak of a manager.

Respect to you Mr Moyes

Would love to have a manager that treated his teams fanbase with dignity and respect, and didn't continually patronise and lie to them.

So Mario Balotelli is ACTUALLY taking City to an employment tribunal because he feels that his fine for repeated breaches of club codes of conduct (which, let's be fair, is well overdue) is unfair. Seems pretty untenable to me.

How long can Mancini stick by him and put him in the same bracket as Aguero, van Persie and co when he's been nothing short of a disgrace since the day he signed and is their 4th-choice striker?

Shawcross looked like he was shitting himself when someone his own size gave it back to him.

RVP post-match;
“I’m home. I hope the Manchester United fans forgive me for arriving late”

That hurts :cry:

Where was the quote from :?:

But if it's true that he actually said that, then it's one of the most cringeworthy things I've ever heard a footballer say :oops:

i cant find a link with a full interview of his quote but the full quote goes "Apologies to AFC, but I've never been happier than I am. I finally found home and peace. I'm happy at Old Trafford."

Fair enough if you choose not to dislike his for having some ambition but how can quotes like this not make you think he's a slimy, cringeworthy turncoat wanker?
