Also he's not had only one good half season. Was brilliant in the 2nd half of last season.
I agree he's been one of best performers this season. However, as others have said and as my earlier post indicated he hasn't been consistent enough to be considered one of the best in the prem. Hopefully he'll be back soon.

You're trying to wum again. No need.
Is any comment you don't like considered a wum attempt? The comment was perfectly valid incidentally, there are clearly a few on here that hate Wenger as much as any of the mongoloids do.

As for Stoke, it's better to let them sing their songs glorifying a guy getting a broken leg loudly and clearly, the vast majority of people will see it for what it is.
You know what you are doing. Just because we want Wenger to go doesn't mean we would join those twats against us. But like all politicians it is very easy to use the argument if you're not with us you're against us. Burn the witch...
I don't take sides on here, more like play the devils advocate because it pleases me but I am with Robin on this, chippy you do seem to be a little totalitarian in your attitude, I posted something earlier about one of your threads and it was totally in jest but you were very defensive and dare I say aggressive in your response.

Posters can disagree with you mate and in that I mean without being offensive which some posters do like to do but Robin was not being offensive tbf.

Chill out chippy, maybe change your avatar as it seems to be influencing you

I certainly would not say he is a better midfielder than Ozil is (and will show when he starts firing) and I don't think I'd say he's better than Cazorla if he played in his favoured role.
It's interesting how differently we view Ramsey's role in the team.

You compare him to creative forward players/number 10s like Ozil, Hazard, Cazorla and Silva, but that doesn't feel like a fair comparison to me.

Surely Ramsey is more a central midfielder? part of the teams engine room. Yes, he drives forward but I don't consider him a forward.

You don't think there was anything implied in saying we should get together with the inbreds to compose a song against the manager. Btw lefty, you're not exactly sweetness and light yourself.

I may well be wrong but I think Robin knew exactly what he was doing.

Im saddened that this match has become such a notorious one for fans, mostly over one horrendously awful incident. None will undo what was done- guess its best to try and move on.

Maybe just maybe its time for Shallcross and Rambo to have a kiss and cuddle or just a handshake in the centre circle- which may hopefully draw a line over a festering wound. I know it would be hard to do but can see this becoming an unnecessary baggage for many more years to come :(

Fancy a good win here- all depends if the attacking joy of this weekend or the tappy tippy grunge v manure turn up.
3-0. 8)

I know they play different roles but the claim was best midfielder. With the possible exception of Hazard they're all definitely midfielders.

If he would have said best central midfielder from Caerphilly who's suffered a broken leg I probably wouldn't have disputed it.

Thusly, you have highlighted the real difference between the words "vagina" and "cúnt".

He was improved in the second half of last season, hardly brilliant. He was brilliant in the first third of this season before his performance levels dropped slightly - the real test is whether he'll be able to reproduce that level of form when he comes back to full fitness next season probably.
Agreed 100%. He was shit up to the last half of last season and then when he simplified his game and stopped the stupid backheels and flicks he improved, but he wasn't brilliant until the start of this season.

Also, let's not forget how absolutely shite he was for two years before that.

I hope he comes back as good as he was early in this season (and as NB123 points out before he had a dip in form) but tbh I have my doubts. Fingers crossed though because when he was firing at 100% he was absolutely brilliant.

Great quote on "arseblog" today about why there's no point getting into online battles on the Orc forum

Why do Stoke fans seem to think that their stadium is some sort of really intimidating place to go??? Admittedly I've never been, but whenever I see Arsenal play there the stadium is just filled with fat bastards waving their arms around like Wenger  .

Whenever I think of an intimidating away game, I think of eastern European teams in places such as Turkey, Russia, Poland, Greece etc, not some shitty northern city in the middle of nowhere.

They won some pointless accolade a couple of years ago in having the loudest decibel level recorded at any Premier League ground, so now they / the media think they can recreate the Istanbul derby every other week on a Saturday.

The only remotely scary prospect about Stoke away is getting held up for 1 hour + in that big car park near the ground after the match.

Stoke play better football these days but Hughes is their manager so there is still a big reason to dislike them :D

They held up City for a while last week but with a weeks rest we should still have too much for them, 3-1 the Arse...
