Injuries

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

It's astonishing the number and frequency of injuries we get as a team.

Similar to The Office's Gareth's stunningly pertinent question of "Will there ever be a boy born that can outswim a shark?" can I just add "Will there ever again be an Arsenal team with less than 50% of the players injured?".

Was impressed to see Oviedo back for Toffees after a nasty fracture on 24th Jan so soon, yet Theo after his ACL on 6th Jan is back later than Oviedo.

Each injury is different but questions should continue to be asked about the methods of rehab going on for us.

and yet Arsenal didn't notice - "nah, its just a knock mate, run it orf..."

i reckon thats him out til March April.

sadly its probably not a bad thing - hopefully they can work on his overall fitness and upper body strength too. no player should get knocked off the ball by wesley schneidjer...

Ramsay's is worse than expected - that is a blow, but gives jack the chance to step up. two games is now four weeks and the welsh physio thinks it could be longer.

what a joke this club has now become - Wilshere can cement the number 10 spot though and we have Walcott to come back on the wing.

suddenly the Arsenal have a very english look about them - Welbeck, Wilshire, Walcott, the Ox and Gibbs could all be first team starters in the next few weeks

A few of these injuries have been unlucky...Walcott..Giroud..Debuchy but I am convinced the rest are because we are just not big enough !!
In the tunnel Sunday Chelsea looked like they had American Football Pads under their shirts !!

Don't know about the latest German quack/physio we need a change in transfer policy..

Oh well ready made excuse at the end of the season as to why we haven't challenged for the Title...again !
