Scum (H) 6th November 12:00

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I would buy you a beer regardless , we are Arsenal and one thing that unites us is smacking those dirty scrawny spuds on the pitch. Not a cheap place though Herd, Fiver a pint it is in there.
Im joshing too nut,the Barn was my local for years as I lived round the corner in Aberdeen Park ,to the extent I could still get a glass pint in there on matchdays however I don't use it much now.
Like all pubs in the region the prices have soared i used to know the kitchen staff there and thus would never eat there but of course it might have improved !
The best cafe in the region is the Trevi down near H+I station or the Hope on Holloway rd !

Indeed was a very lively boozer back in the day before it was gentrified and turned into a gastro pub. Very wealthy area that is now.

It was wealthy then, I only moved in 2009 from Aberdeen Park ,wish I hadnt sold the house though !
They have gentrified it twice ,once in abt 2008 and then again in 2013 or so but they still havent solved the problem of non match days as no-one eats there and they dont have many in there during the week .

I wouldn't go there on a non match day, their pricing takes the piss. £16 for a roast dinner is too much even if it is very good.

Arsenal have all the momentum and confidence going into Sunday's north London derby with Tottenham, says midfielder Aaron Ramsey, 25. (Guardian)

We could really send their season into a fuckin downward spiral with a big result. No excuses not to be ready for this. Still shitting a brick though even if their form has been total shite.

And £5 a pint as well. Can't our fans go anywhere without being ripped off? :x :banghead:

This is when the old skool Gooner in me comes out and abso-fucking-lutely I will be watching this one, and hoping and praying that we give Poch and his latest bunch of failures a good beating

I know there will be some on here who will be very upset if that happens given that he is currently the world's greatest manager, in charge of a formidable team which is everything to be admired and more......so perhaps one of the Mods can put up some sort of emergency helpline for when the wailing starts. Meanwhile I will put the Missing Persons Bureau on standby for when the inevitable disappearing act starts shortly thereafter !
