Just cos i started using this forum, wtf is wrong with that, was bored and thought i'd give it a go.

my response -

you have to understand we are very paranoid here right now. very. and with good reason. if you encourage the easily encouraged to push the boundaries too far by egging them on to do something that would show up the moderators as not doing their job, then we run the risk of disappearing again. so i am going to be very suspicious until we've had a run of a few weeks without being taken offline.

if i am wrong i am sorry. but i was well worried by the post i picked up on intially. it's the kind of thing someone would come out with trying to get the site closed down again, so please don't go down this road again.

(that's it for the PMs) call me paranoid, but be wary of any poster trying to up the ante and getting you to test the moderators. if i have the wrong end of the stick, then fair enough, hands up guilty. but recent events have, sadly, made me a more suspicious person, and there's other stuff going on that i can't relay which makes me have good reason to be. afraid i am not at liberty to discuss that yet, so don't even bother PMing me on that one.
